You need to spray on the painful area and cover it and just rest. Pros: 1. Very effective 2. Can be sprayed on any muscle pain or sprain. 3. Easy to use by self due to spray mechanism. 4. Spray distributes product effectively. 5. Doesn’t irritate skin. Cons: Some may not be able to handle the strong smell.

Moov Cool Spray is really good for fast pain relief. The cooling effect starts as soon as you spray, and it soothes the pain quickly. I used it for my shoulder pain, and it worked great. Very easy to use, and I always keep it handy now. Definitely a useful product!
