I’ve been taking this Berberine supplement with Vitamin C for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. I started this supplement because I felt like my blood sugar was out of control and the crashes were causing me to binge eat, especially on days where I ate a lot of fruit, and when I tried intermittent fasting and ate a lot of my nutrition in one or two sittings. I'm in perimenopause and was up 20lbs despite not having made lifestyle changes (I lift weights and track my diet, have been for years). My fasting glucose was on the very highest end of normal, which was concerning. I started with 1 pill after lunch, and just recently started doing 1 pill in the morning and a second after lunch. I read somewhere that berberine takes 8-12 weeks to work, and right on week 8 I noticed that I had increased urine output (common with berberine). I am on week 12 now and I'm down 10lbs and feeling great again. My cravings are gone, I'm no longer tempted to raid my pantry, and my swelling and bloating are gone as well. This is the second brand I've tried, and the other supplements in addition to berberine may be making a huge difference, as I didn't see this effect when I took berberine alone from a different brand. Definitely a good value for the money, good pill size that is easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

Great product. I have been using it for years. My use is the ability to enhance insulin sensitivity, which helps the body use glucose more efficiently for energy production. This aids in reduced body fat and increased muscle mass. While I do not compete as a Bodybuilder, I do live that lifestyle and the added benefits are great.

Worked well

The supplement worked fine. The addition of cinnamon was not as much as I need for daily, so will probably go back to ordering them separately.

It's only been a little over a week and I've already lost 2 pounds. I haven't watched my calories because my husband has been off work for a week, so we've been eating out more and lounging more because it's his stay-cation at home. I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale and saw a 2 pound difference. I'm also about 5 days before starting my period and I usually always gain about 5 pounds several days before I start. I haven't worked out or changed my diet. As a matter of fact I've probably over eaten. My hubby starts back to work in a few days and I'm getting back to my normal routine of intermittent fasting and working out and I'm sure the results will be even more noticeable. I even got my hubby started on them. Update: Hubby has lost 5 pounds so far and he's an avid beer drinker. I started my period and I couldn't believe how amazing I felt the entire time too. Took my cravings away, my period bloating and cramps were hardly even evident. It is amazing stuff! My husband said he feels a difference physically and mentally and I agree with him too. I feel the same way. I recommended this stuff to a friend who has PCOS. I can't wait for her to give this a try for weight loss, energy, menstrual cycle and cravings control.
