Absolute Favorite Lifting Shoes!
I love these lifting shoes so much that I bought them in another color! They fit comfortably, are very flat, and weigh close to nothing. It almost feels like I am barefoot, and I love that about these shoes. There is not much support, so you can put some insoles in if you need more. The quality is excellent. I’ve worn them for months, and they’re holding up great! The bottoms of the shoes have a good amount of traction and grip, so I haven’t had any issues sliding around, regardless of the type of flooring. These are great for travel too because of how flat they can become, taking up minimal space in a suitcase or bag. They are also super flexible, allowing for articulating the feet; I can point my toes well in them.

Great shoes
Surprisingly the quality of the shoes seems great for the price. They are true to size, allowing room for your toes to spread. They are comfortable to walk and train in. The grips on the shoes are also great. I love training without the restriction of shoes and these are the next best thing. I will provide an update after a few weeks of wear.

fun colors
ordered 5 pairs, various colors, they run very small, really cute, love the colors, even comfy and the stretch is nice. they are just short. If you want structure and support this IS NOT the shoe they are just something to knock around in. cool for a workout shoe I guess.

true to size fit
I got these because I do deliveries and spend a lot of time driving and going in and out of pick up and drop off locations which can involve climbing 2 - 3 flights of stairs. These shoes, which are designed for gym, are perfect. They are comfortable flexible for driving and short walks. I would not want to wear these for long walks as I don't think they would be comfortable and this is not their intended use. They are designed for gym use and they are great for this. Great deal for $.

Comfy gym shoes
Great shoes, very comfortable & good grip. Size is accurate, durable & stable for the gym. I would recommend if you wash them let them air dry or the heat from the dryer might make the sole come apart.

Not for me.
I couldn’t get used to the big name across the straps so I returned them, but other than that, they were very comfortable. A bit too flat for me.

Perfect Within Intended Use Envelope (Not for Heavy Deadlifts/Squats)
Nice lightweight, flat shoes that is good for all-around usage. They are cheap, a d fill the tile for everything except deadlift/squat variants. They don't have the stability/support/grip/stiffness for those tasks, but at this price I am fine with that. Using these will spare usage from deadlifting and squat shoes, slaring their lifespan. It's much easier to sacrifice a cheap pair of shoes like these to get years more use out of much more expensive dedicated shoes for leg tasks. These are still good for leg curls and other machines that take out the stability and rigidity/heel requirements.Size as expected, heel height also as expected for a flat shoe. The two Velcro straps are quick and easy, although don't expect the fit to be too snug for tasks involving absolute stabilityStyle is pretty whack (ahh, he got the Velcros)

Breaking these in
I thought it was premature to give 5 stars as this is literally my first time using these in my home gym. I am breaking these in with squats. I have rubber mats so these shoes on my mats are making for a great foot grip. I’m not going heavy or anything, but I imagine I could. I also believe the deadlift experience will be similar too. My feet will be grounded. I’m 5’2” and purchased the 2nd size up from the smallest. They fit snug at my big toe so I may buy another pair and size up. So maybe from 36 to 37 and I tend to be 6.5 woman's. I have a narrow foot; lean build. Overall for the price, buy em, kill them and buy them again. I’m middle aged and I couldn’t care less about brands at this stage in my life. Like exercising for functionality, that’s how I shop. I splurge on occasion, but if a cheap brand gives me the same results, I’m going with the cheap brand. I’ll wear em public. Seriously, so past the name brand crap except Adidas. I rock those for life lol. I wanted to try some barefoot style shoes for lifting and I like it so far. Grounded to the gym mats like a fly on the wall.
