100/10 recommend. I installed one in both vehicles & have been lucky to have footage when I needed it. I have been able to capture lots of close calls, accidents, parking incidents, etc. that I can confidently say I have definitely got my moneys worth. Easy to install

App is a bit clunky, but the cameras are reliable and good quality.

So far the units are working as described. the current version of the app leaves a lot for improvements. the app crashes a lot on my Andriod phone. It was easy to setup and the instruction video's were very helpful. the documentation does not line up with the current app.

I feel this is a very good product. It was relatively easy to install. I went for the hardwire option. I like the fact that the camera speaks to me when I get in. I was able to seamlessly connect to the camera by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I also verified that it’s taking the videos properly by examining the microSD card. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great camera. High quality and very well made. This is the camera that Ford sells directly from their accessories. That being said this is OEM quality nice picture and works great. Has a great PC viewer app (in my video) that you can watch both front and rear camera at the same time as well as an app for iPhone or android to control camera settings and watch video. Very easy to install and looks functional and professional. Comes with a hard wiring kit with plenty of wire as well as cigarette lighter plug and GPS for speed and location. Awesome value for the money. I recommend this product.

Wifi "Thinkware" is not listed in my wifi listing on my android. I've reached out to customer service so this review may change. This is the 2nd F200 pro in my family and the 3rd Thinkware, so I'm already familiar with how to use the product and this unit simply does not function as the other one does. It won't take new firmware, nor does the wifi work. ...can't connect to the app which means no live view so I can't even do something as simple as align it after an install without having to pull the card to a laptop, read it, re-align the camera, repeat. Hopefully thinkware gets back to me sooner than later. I'm *fairly* sure I received a refurbished unit as the sd card was pre-installed, and I do not remember that being the case on my other one, but I don't have the memory to support that claim. *Update* it's 3/22 and still no resolution from thinkware. I've been escalated to a "level 2" but that's about it. Meantime I still can't connect to the camera. Customer service is veeerrryyy slow. This should have immediately been rma'd.

Had it professionally installed today. Easy to set up and fits nicely and discreet in my Honda CRV. Be sure to use a high quality micro sd card like a 128GB.

Easy install, works well and it's nice to have an impartial eyewitness in our car. Speed, location, audio and video is great!
