scents are way too powerful for the car. I'd suggest exposing them in an airy location to allow the scent to diminish B/4 putting them on the visor of your Auto. Scents are a good choice but to strong unless you have a real odorous car

Bought these for my car and here is my take on them. The clip is heavy duty and stays in place on my visor. The wood blocks with the scent have a magnet on the back and they stay securely in place on the clip. They definitely have a unique look and they do put off a nice scent. Where the product falls short - and some negative point out - the longevity can be less than desired. I found this appears to vary by scent. My first one was the teakwood scent. It has a nice smell, but after a couple of weeks it was pretty much done. I then decided to try the amber scent and my experience has been totally different. After a month, this refill is still going strong (in fact, at first it was too potent at times). Now, to answer a burning question many folks have: can you recharge these blocks? In my experience, the answer is yes. I took the worn out teakwood block and recharged it with several drops of diffuser oil. I added the drops and put the block in a plastic bag to let it soak in. It will last a couple of weeks and I use it in my closet at home. I suspect the longevity of the refill is based on the scent, the concentration of the oil, how well it soaks into the wood, etc. For me, I’ll stick with the amber scent since it smells nice and lasts a long time. YMMV.

I recently tried the **Drift Car Air Freshener** in the **Teak Wood** scent, and I have mixed feelings about it. Here is the breakdown: ### The Pro: Incredible Fragrance The Teak Wood scent is easily my favorite car air freshener I’ve ever used. It smells amazing—high-end, sophisticated, and not at all like those cheap, artificial scents you find at the grocery store. If I were rating purely on smell alone, it would be a 5/5. ### The Con: Short-Lived & Overpriced The biggest issue is the longevity. Drift claims these are supposed to last for 30 days, but in my experience, **it only lasted about 2 weeks.** After the 14-day mark, there was little to no smell left unless I was right on top of it. Given how quickly the scent disappears, the price point feels way too steep. For a premium product, I expected it to at least hit the 30-day mark as advertised. ### Final Verdict While it smells incredible, it just isn’t cost-effective for me. I won't be purchasing more because the price is simply too high for something that only performs well for half a month. If you don't mind the frequent cost for a great smell, go for it—but for me, it’s a pass.

I absolutely LOVE the Frosted Spruce scent. It smells pretty much like being in the forest—fresh, woodsy, and perfect for fall and winter. I’m extremely sensitive to artificial fragrances and a lot of them can trigger migraines for me, so I really appreciate having an option that doesn’t bother me at all. The actual wood design is also so freaking cool. The magnetic attachment makes it incredibly easy to use, it stays exactly where you put it, and it’s so much more aesthetic and classy than a typical car air freshener. It looks just like the listing photos and definitely isn’t an eyesore in the car. Unfortunately, the longevity of the wood version was really disappointing. This is my second Drift—I had the stone version first—and the difference is huge. After only about two weeks, the scent from the wood is completely gone and the wood itself is totally dried out. My stone version lasted for MONTHS, so I was really surprised by how quickly this one stopped smelling. I’d absolutely get Frosted Spruce again because the scent itself is amazing, but I personally won’t purchase the wood version again. I’ll stick with the stone because it lasted significantly longer and felt like a much better value.

I love it! I bought two in the Amber scent, and I can smell them just from opening my car door. I’ve had them for almost a month now, and my car still smells just as good as it did the first day. I also really like the simple wood aesthetic instead of having an air freshener that sticks out and has to be replaced more frequently. Definitely worth the money! I’m already buying a John Wick one as a gift.

Took the plunge and picked a setup up for my car. Teak was the most appealing to me to try and I was very pleased. For me it gave me that cigar humidor smell I was looking for. My first one was still smelling great after 30+ days before switching it out. Also tried the John Wick scent and DO NOT recommend unless you want your car to smell like laundry detergent.

I first saw the Drift air freshener on a commercial and immediately went to Amazon to purchase, the price is well worth it and the scent is still going strong after 45 days!!! I took a chance on selecting the Teak scent and I'm so glad that I did, it smells awesome!! A mix of royalty and refinement. I will purchase this again, but I'll try a different scent next time just to mix it up!!

I don’t know if maybe I picked the wrong scent or something, but I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about the fact that it’s such a subtle scent, it’s virtually unnoticeable. I’ve had it in my car for two days and honestly couldn’t care how it looks. While my car doesn’t smell badly or anything, I still can just barely even tell that there is an air freshener in my car in the first place. Even putting my nose right up to it, I can barely smell it. Based on the ads and design and comments I’ve seen about this product, I was expecting a REALLY noticeable and long lasting scent. After two days, I feel like I should’ve just bought the “new car” little trees again. They don’t last long, but at least you and others can notice the smell. Like I said, my car doesn’t smell badly or anything, but I also can’t tell there is necessarily an air freshener in there at all. I’ll update if that changes, but right now disappointed. Glad I didn’t do a subscription. I was excited to receive this and agree it looks sharp, but the scent should be stronger and noticeable. All I notice is my car doesn’t have an unpleasant odor of any kind, but it also doesn’t have a noticeably pleasant one either. I drive uber part time. No comments and personally, haven’t stepped in my car once yet and even remembered it was there because the scent is so subtle and barely noticeable. Def not worth the price, let alone a subscription. Am I doing something wrong? Does it need some water or something? I asked support on their website and they basically said I wouldn’t notice the smell, it was subtle and then suggested maybe I put it near an air vent! That is virtually impossible by design and not what they advertise. I’m being generous with 3 stars. Overall, it’s an overpriced “air freshener” that does nothing at least after 2-3 days so far.
