The product is of premium quality ! 100 percent natural , you will feel you got a genuine product right from the farm ! I have so far made roti and plain paratha and pyaz paratha and panjiri for puja with it , all have turned out well. The powder has desired consistency as we need for making any form of Indian bread . We've been eating chakki aata since ever, and chapatis made from this aata did feel different, as they had more taste and faint smell of wheat.
