I’d say it’s easy to set up, kind of awkward haha but just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine. It’s a little bit flimsy but stays up perfectly and keeps its shape just fine. We are using it in our backyard for fun so honestly it doesn’t need to be super stable for what we’re using it for, I like that it has some give. I haven’t taken it down yet but it seems super easy and portable if we were to want to take it somewhere.
