Delicious and super-good for you!
These were delicious. I use them to make raw almond butter and they always taste great. You can roast them if you like, but I like them in their raw state. If you don't plan to eat them all in a short time, store the bag in the fridge. Nuts can go rancid, especially in warm weather, so refrigerating or even freezing is the way to go. Raw almonds are recommended by health experts, and eating 3-4 a day is supposed to be beneficial to your health and body. Who am I to argue? These things are great! :)
