Review: Better than expected!!!!!! - My Spiralizer arrived on time. I had just purchased zucchini, summer squash, butternut squash, onion, rutabaga and bell peppers to be ready to try this gadget out. First, "gadget" does not do this justice. It is a well made solid piece of kitchen equipment. It took a few moments only to get it ready to go. Zucchini was my first choice. I looked in the small instruction manual for which blade to use and it said all blades. Ok, for a newbie that's not helpful but there are so many GREAT instruction videos on the Brieftons site that it was easy to find one that gave me more specific directions. I slid the blade in, cut the ends off the zucchini and spun. Whoops...forgot the suction....a quick flip of the lever and the device was attached to the counter as if i'd bolted it. Spun again and out came strings of perfectly spiraled zucchini. It was that easy. I got to the end and pulled back the spinner. Out came a 1/4 inch or so of zucchini end along with the coolest tube of uncut zucchini from the middle. That core was delicious, a cooks benefit. Next up was summer squash which of course is nearly identical. Then Bell Pepper, I was amazed that bell pepper was suggested but what the heck. So I cut the top stem off and dug around inside to get the seeds out. Changed the blade to the one suggested in the video on the site and spun....wow, spiralized bell pepper. I'd never seen it and frankly wouldn't have believed it. Well by now I had quite a bit of food for dinner for two but I couldn't help but try an onion. Besides it would add a little zest to the meal, so I cut a fairly large onion in half, skinned it and stuck it in, spiral onion. I wasn't sure what would happen when pushing through something with the internal leaves of an onion but again, great results. So....now....well by now I did have a bunch of pieces of vege all over the Spiralizer. It was time to clean it up. This is a task that many times kills the love of a kitchen device. I loved my mandolin (not Brieftons, haven't tried theirs) till I had to clean it. And looking at the spiralizer it didn't look like it would be that easy. Well I was wrong, it was a snap to clean with a simple kitchen sink brush. Within 2 or 3 minutes every part was clean and put away. I will say I'm not one to dry things too diligently so it might take a little longer if you are fussy about that but it was easy. This thing is way better than I expected and even a little better than my most optimistic hopes. My next adventure is to get a lot of vege's and freeze the results. Off to see what it does to an Apple..... Update after 8 months. It's even better because I know more about how to use it. And I tried freezing Zucchini and Beets and they come out of the freezer perfect from ziplock bags. So now I buy several lbs of either one at a time and spiralize a bunch putting 12 oz in zip locks for 2 person dinners and freezing. The suction continues to work the entire time. I can easily do 5 lbs of zucchini in about 10 to 15 minutes. Beets take a little longer because I peel them. I'm still amazed and this is THE BEST KITCHEN ACCESSORY I've ever bought. Obviously from the reviews I'm in good company.
Review: I'm happy I got it. I'm excited to keep experimenting. - I was so excited. The spirolizer arrived yesterday evening. I’d been contemplating buying one for about a month. After five months of lockdown, entertaining myself in the kitchen with cooking up a storm; baking which I would normally never do, I got bored. I’m tired of chopped green salads with every meal! So, I started experimenting with raw vegetables. As I do the day to day cooking and my husband occasionally cooks one or other of his tasty party dishes, I was looking for an easier way to make small batches of fresh different vegetable salads. He does not like left overs. This machine seemed ideal. Perhaps starting with cabbage to make coleslaw for my very first attempt using this machine was not so smart. I think I need more experience. I used 1/4th of a huge cabbage with the slicing blade and ended up with large flakes that I re-chopped manually. (It’s possible I’d do better shredding in the processor, but I haven’t tried that yet.) Next came the carrot, peeled as required. This was more successful. I ended up with 5mm and then 2mm little moons that I chopped smaller. I love KFC coleslaw and wanted to end up with a similar fine chop. So two cups of cabbage, plus one carrot, two tablespoons of minced red onion and 1/2 cup of dressing made one cup of coleslaw. Success! Something we can finish in about one sitting. And, I can see many uses, fresh or cooked, for the left over core. On lockdown it’s just the two of us. I had some difficulty removing the 5mm blade out of its storage place in the unit. I had to depress the lock nub with a knife to finally get it to come out. I will file the nub down a tiny bit to make it release better, but not fall out. The unit is easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean and stores compactly all as described. The plastic is sturdy and of good quality. There is never a danger of grinding off the points on the vegetable holder as the slider is designed to stop before they hit the blades. I’m sure that with experience and a variety of different vegetables I will become much more proficient and successful. I’m excited to keep trying. The pictures show my effort with the carrot which was more successfull than the cabbage. The carrot needed to be about 6" long or it wobbled and bent in the middle as I pressed it through the machine. They show how it automatically stops before grinding off the points on the holder. Also the left over core and end when finished spiralizing. I had not realized that carrots would stain the plastic. Although I washed the pieces immediately I still needed a magic sponge to make everything white again. Next comes zuchinis.

## Features

- 7 LABELED JAPANESE 420-GRADE STEEL BLADES, BPA-FREE BODY, DISHWASHER SAFE: Angel hair (2mm), spaghetti (3mm), fettuccine (5mm), pappardelle (12mm), ribbon slicer, crinkle chip, and curly fry (4mm x 5.5mm). All 7 blades are 420-grade hardened stainless steel: ultra-sharp, rust-proof, and clearly labeled. Body is BPA-free ABS plastic. Blades, container, lid, and caddy are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
- SPIRALIZE DIRECTLY INTO THE CATCH CONTAINER - NO MESS, NO WASTE: Most spiralizers leave you chasing noodles across the countertop. This veggie spiralizer comes with a catch container that collects vegetable noodles as you crank. Just snap the provided keep-fresh lid on, and it can go straight to the fridge. Batch-prep a week of zucchini noodles, sweet potato ribbons, or veggie spirals in one session - no transferring to separate bowls, no extra dishes, less cleanup every time.
- STORES COMPLETELY AS ONE COMPACT UNIT - ALL 7 BLADES ALWAYS ACCOUNTED FOR: 1 blade comes pre-installed in the blade rack. 2 more blades sit in the built-in self-storage compartment on the unit. The remaining 4 blades go in the included blade storage caddy. The entire spiralizer - unit, catch container, lid, all 7 blades and caddy - packs as one tidy, secure piece. No loose blades, no scattered parts. Fits in any kitchen cupboard or drawer.
- INDUSTRIAL-STRENGTH SUCTION & A SIDE HANDLE FOR HARD VEGETABLES: Our oversized suction pad locks to granite, marble, tile, and glass for hours without shifting. The side handle lets you actively push dense vegetables through the blade while cranking. Sweet potato, butternut squash, raw beets - vegetables that defeat ordinary spiralizers come out in clean, consistent spirals every time. Both features are standard across the Brieftons spiralizer range.
- BATCH-PREP A WEEK OF HEALTHY MEALS IN ONE SPIRALIZING SESSION - COMPATIBLE WITH KETO, PALEO, WHOLE30, LOW-CARB, VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE MEAL PLANS: Zucchini spirals, sweet potato ribbons, beet noodles - prepped Sunday, eaten all week. This manual spiralizer replaces carb-heavy pasta with fresh vegetable noodles in under 2 minutes per batch. Zucchini pasta delivers about 60 calories and 8g carbohydrates per 4-cup serving vs 800 calories and 160g carbohydrates in regular pasta. No power outlet needed.
- A TRUE CURLY FRY BLADE & CRINKLE CHIP BLADE - NOT JUST THICK SPIRALS: The dedicated curly fry blade produces restaurant-style curly fries (4mm thick x 5.5mm wide). The wavy slicer blade makes crinkle chips from sweet potatoes, beets, or zucchini. Neither of these cuts is available on the Brieftons 5-blade kitchen spiralizer - they're the reason serious home cooks and anyone who loves homemade fries chooses the Brieftons 7-blade spiralizer.
- WORKS ON VIRTUALLY ANY FIRM FRUIT OR VEGETABLE: Zucchini, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, butternut squash, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, daikon radish, turnips, apples, and more. Handles produce up to 10 inches long and 7 inches wide. Use the side handle for harder root vegetables. Consistent spiral sizes mean vegetables cook evenly, absorb seasoning uniformly, and look stunning on the plate.
- SAFER BLADE DESIGN - BLADES LOCK IN & STAY IN: Every blade clicks into a safety-locking rack that prevents accidental ejection mid-use. Easy enough for arthritis hands, with minimal grip force throughout. A platform slide stop protects fingers - a feature this spiral vegetable cutter has that most competitors skip entirely. With 7 sharp blades in use, the caddy and safety lock are not optional extras - they are essential.
- EVERY ACCESSORY INCLUDED - NOTHING TO BUY SEPARATELY: 7 labeled 420-grade steel blades, catch container, keep-fresh lid, blade storage caddy, 12-page printed manual, online demo video guide, and 4 exclusive Brieftons recipe eBooks (100+ recipes for zoodles, curly fries, ribbons, crinkle chips, and salads). Replacement parts - blade set, spiralizer body, and blade caddy - are available separately on desertcart; search Brieftons 7-blade replacement parts.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding easy to use spiralizer
*by S***W on August 5, 2018*

I have been "spiralizing" for a couple of years now, I started out with a hand spiralizer (yuk) then went to an inexpensive spiralizer with four blades, it works okay but I have to chase it all over the counter because it has terrible suction. Lately I have been spiralizing quite a bit more and with the peak produce season upon us I decided that it was time for an upgrade. Unfortunately I believed all the hype about "The Inspiralizer" and purchased one. What a mistake, I don't know if I received a defective model or what but it sure didn't work and their customer service was a joke. It had great suction but I couldn't get it to spiralize anything, all I got was chips and slices. Fortunately I was able to return it to Amazon for a refund, but now I had to start my research again. Low and behold up pops the Brieftons Spiralizer, I watched all the videos, read all the reviews and went over the questions and answers and it sure sounded good. I was all set to order the 5 blade model when I saw they introduced two more blades and now had a seven blade model for only a couple bucks more and it also included a storage/catch tray with a lid. Well, I think I am in love, when you lock this down it doesn't move until you unlock it, even if you are spiralizing hard red beets. So far I have done zucchini, red beets, sweet potatoes, onions, potatoes, apples and carrots and everything has come out wonderful and the catch tray actually catches everything. I can't wait to go to our local Farmers Market next week to stock up on more stuff to spiralize, vacuum seal and freeze for winter. This product is outstanding, the blades are very easy to replace and lock in securely and are very east to clean. The instruction booklet that is included has a wealth of information and step by step directions on the use, cleaning, storage and even how to take the whole thing apart to fit it in a drawer. I can honestly say this was one of the best purchases I have made.
