Gozney Arc XL Propane Outdoor Pizza Oven, Heats up to 950F - Bone

Makes great pizza. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. Haven’t used it for anything besides making pizza yet.

Works amazingly well and shipped 1-2 weeks earlier than expected. Gorgeous recyclable packaging too. The soot spot that forms on the outside is a little bummer but cleans up easily with BarKeepers Friend Soft scrub. Not sure if they could have designed it better by adding a little reflector to redirects it. Setup was incredibly easy, especially with the quick connect hose. The heavy-duty booster is helpful so you don't have to bend down as much. Not gonna talk about it's incredible performance and quality or how good the pizza's come out. It's as good as others claim. Well worth it. The extra space inside this Arc XL version is worth it to me to move my pizza around. So far, have made about 25 pizzas in it, and it has not let me down. I let myself down with my atrocious dough stretching technique but that's not Gozney's fault. It's a beautifully designed, heavy duty product that is top-notch quality.

The Gozney Arc XL has been a great addition to my setup. It runs on gas only and heats up fast, delivering consistently great results—crispy crusts, nicely blistered edges, and evenly cooked toppings. The extra space inside makes it easy to turn pizzas without feeling cramped. I highly recommend adding a Firecrest door—it helps trap heat and cuts preheat time by about half. Just note that with gas prices up, running it often can get a little expensive. Overall, it’s a well-built, reliable oven that makes pro-quality pizza at home. Definitely worth it.

I like the oven and it cooks pizza quickly. The ignition and temp knob was stuck when I went to use it for the first time. A Reddit group said give the button some powerful pushes/whacks and it should pop free. Apparently this is a common problem. Hitting a new appliance goes against my thought process, but I had people waiting so I whacked it four times with my hand and it released. Definitely need to turn the temp down at the pizza launch and wait for the bottom to crisp before turning the temp back up. So more like a 3-4 minute pizza than 1-2. It helps to have a metal launch peel and a little round turning peel. The oven takes a long time to cool down so it could cover it. But, otherwise it performed as promised.

Bought this pizza oven for my daughter and her husband for Christmas last year. They used it many times over the year with no issues and they said the pizzas come out great. If you like pizza , this is the oven for you. I recommend this oven for the pizza lovers.

Best pizza oven Out there for residential and small comercial use. I have it in my balcony, bought the Firecraft door and shield and I must say everyone loves my pizzas in the neighborhood. The arc technology on the burner is the game changer,. It’s easy to make restaurant quality results with this oven and the Firecraft accessories. Love it would buy again for sure
