This fireplace is so gorgeous. It took me one person about seven hours to complete in full. If you’re thinking about getting this fireplace, please don’t think twice it is an amazing fireplace works really well with heat and also looks fabulous in your home and brings your whole look together and your living room very warm and cozy. The only downside I can say is it didn’t come with instructions, but I reached out and they were very helpful and they sent the instructions over right away.

This took a while to assemble but was pretty straightforward and built very well. The only negative is the backing panels on the back of the side cabinets needed to be pre drilled on the sides and bottom. I used a 1/16th bit after I get the top screws secured. Otherwise it’s a beautiful piece and we are very happy with it.

Super pretty, just as pictured! Puts off great heat in a large area too! Would recommend 2 people to build, instructions were easy but there's so many pieces, in total took about 5-6hrs to build with 2 people that are pretty handy. The shipping was super fast it have me an estimate of Nov 10th and it came Nov 2nd after just placing the order, we also received both boxes same day. I will say the 1 box needs 2 people to carry, we figured it would be heavy and offered to help the delivery driver.

This is a beautiful unit! I assembled it completely by myself. The instructions were very clear and was happy that it also came with a small bag of extra hardware. All the holes lined up perfectly and no problems with assembly. It was packaged very well in lots of styrofoam. The fireplace mantel unit arrived on Monday by Amazon and the fireplace heater insert arrived on Wednesday by Fed Ex. VERY pleased with this purchase. The only issue I had was that the 2 items did not arrive together. I contacted the seller and they got right back to me and they gave me the information on the arrival of the heater insert along with the tracking number. I would definitely buy this again.

It took me two plus days to assemble. Once assembled, it is a nice piece, but the fireplace is obviously a very poor facsimile of a real fire. I’ve seen better and will replace the heater/fireplace if I can find a good replacement that fits the dimensions.

Looks absolutely beautiful and we love it. Easy to assemble. Won’t disappoint!

I love the look of the fireplace. The problem is the product they use for the mantle that gives it a wood appearance. It’s super thin & they didn’t do anything to protect it. I used command hooks to drape garland on top of the fireplace for Christmas. When I removed the command hooks, one of them removed the “wood” PAPER wrap & now there’s a white spot. There are also a couple white scratches. I contacted the seller & the said that they won’t replace the mantle & “the damage was due to normal wear and tear.” They offered a $15 refund so I can buy some paint to cover up the white spot. Uuuuum. Really? I took the $15 since that’s all I’ll get from them. Not good customer service. They need to use a different product for the wood finish that will holdup to what is normally expected when you have a fireplace mantle.

Realmente es hermosa, unas de las más grande y altas k vi, súper hermosa, solo un problema, el tronco de la chimenea me vino partido, llama a un representante, y lamentablemente x no ser vendido por ellos es decir por otro vendedor, no podían recogerla, y es bastante pesada para mi sola cargarla y llevarla de vuelta, el vendedor JAMAZ mostró preocupación ante este problema, solo le pegue lo roto , pero de k es hermosa es hermosa, no todos podrían correr con la misma suerte k yo,
