Worked great. I guess you could try it on a small area and see. **Q: Will this return my badly yellowed tub to white?** A: Not sure. I started using it after my tib was refinished . You are never supposed to use bleach on a tub. That turns it yellow and harms the finish. It maintains my tub whiteness and smooth finish. I dont think it will turn yellow white but stay away from bleach and abrasive cleaners. **Q: How does this compare to white polishing compound?** A: No idea but I don’t recommend this. Leaves residue that’s difficult to get off.
