All I wanted was a durable/waterproof tote bag for my sketching gear. I love being able to grab my sketching gear and go and this Carhartt bag enables me to do just that. Its simple design, medium size, and various pockets/section dividers enable me to safely carry my pens and pencils, sketchbooks, and other art supplies with ease. Who wants to do a wonderful sketch, stuff it in a carryall, get caught in an unexpected downpour, and find that your carryall isn't waterproof, and your precious drawing is ruined? The Carhartt bag is waterproof and designed for both durability and functionality. It has a sturdy/wide adjustable web strap and snap closure. The snap closure is designed to prevent/reduce accidental pulling the snap out of its fabric "anchor" place. 1/2 of each snap is attached to a "loop" that you hold when snapping or unsnapping. I love this bag! I was given my original bag (in that sort of mustard yellow color) years ago. I decided I wanted a new color and I love it even more! These are the perfect bags for day trips and general use. Extremely durable and well-made.

My 3rd one of these. If you love durability, this is for you. Washes and dries and they still look like new. I have Carhartt gold, purple, and now this gorgeous green. I wash with my regular clothes and hang to dry.

This is my second bag. I had one in black that lasted 10 years and I needed to update. It's perfect for my Carhartt wallet, my glass case, and all the other little things like gum and chapstick. I'm glad the quality hasn't changed!

I’m really happy with this bag. Feels super sturdy, made of thick, durable material. Tons of compartments inside, so it’s easy to keep everything organized. My 11-inch iPad fits in there no problem. The snap buttons are pretty stiff, though—honestly, I’m a little nervous they might pop off when opening. Also, the inside lining has a color that kinda reminds me of pajamas, which is a bit funny, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid, practical bag that works great for daily use.
