Dryzone Mould-Resistant Emulsion Paint Brilliant White

I was extremely surprised how good the coverage is on this paint, even after the first coat to a bathroom ceiling that had a lot of dark mould/condensation marks on it. It dried quickly so I added a second coat within a couple of hours. I should have left it at that but decided to give it a third coat for extra brightness the day after and this was a terrible mistake! The paint bubbled terribly and all started to hang off and peel. I had to remove it all, sand down the ceiling to get any left over traces off and start all over again. Noting this time I just did the recommended two coats only! To say the tin isn’t that big it did go a long way! It is also quite watery but easy to use, it won’t drip. My bathroom isn’t very big but I did 5 coats with this tin and there’s still some left. I would recommend it as the coverage is extremely good, just don’t make the mistake I did and attempt a third coat! I’ve added some pictures to show the before and after. It’ll be interesting to see if the damp marks come back in the winter again or if this does live up to its 5 year protection as stated in the description! It is quite expensive for the size of the tin but used correctly the results are excellent! I would recommend and I’ll definitely buy it again!

The paint may be expensive but it is so for a reason; it's not ordinary paint. It's designed specifically for mold and this does the job exceedingly well. I noticed one of the reviews stated their bathroom has water droplets on the paint and the mold has come back etc but this could be due to a number of other issues such as bad ventilation, not leaving enough time for it to thoroughly dry before using the shower or bath or not opening the window in the bathroom for it to ventilate. Also, if you do not clean the affected area with warm soapy water and just add the paint on top of the mold, it's likely not to work. Mold is predominantly caused by condensation and (as I was informed by a worker) if the radiators are constantly off in a room for long periods of time, it can cause mold issues. The paint dries quickly and is easy to apply. I cleaned the affected area thoroughly with warm soapy water and left to dry for a few hours before applying as well as leaving the window open for circulation and leaving the heating on. This product is great, if you're not a cowboy builder. Highly recommended!

Delivered on time and well packaged, no damage to the product. Gives good coverage, I bought this to deal with mould on bathroom ceiling, hopefully it will eliminate the problem going forward. It's transformed our bathroom, now looks fresh again. Definitely use in a well ventilated room ie wide open window. Be aware the odour does last for a couple of days but hopefully it's worth while time will tell. Fingers crossed it will be good buy to mould coming back...early days so fingers crossed. Pricey for the size of tin but if it does the job then well worth the it...

I used this paint in a bathroom that often struggles with mould, and it does the job. The coverage is decent — one litre was enough for a small area, and the finish feels durable once dry. It applies smoothly and leaves a protective layer that gives confidence it will last. The main drawback is the value. For the size of the tub, it feels expensive compared to standard emulsion paints. If you only need to cover a small section, it’s fine, but for larger areas the cost adds up quickly. Colour-wise, it’s not a pure bright white — more of an off‑white with a slight yellow tint. That may matter if you’re trying to match it with other paints. Overall, it’s effective at preventing mould and gives peace of mind in damp spaces, but you’re paying a premium for the specialist formula. If the pure white colour is an issue, can use this as a base to prrvent mould, and paint over it with a pure white paint of your choice.

This paint is everything. It goes on smoothly and you can add a bit of water in the paint pot if you desire, like it says on the tin but you do not have to. Make sure you keep the room well ventilated. It does smell two weeks after but it is not a chemical smell, just your normal paint smell. The coverage is fantastic as we used this on our bathroom ceiling, we did two coats and it looks amazeballs. I would recommend. And the price is great too.

Me parece muy buena. Cubre mucho y seca rápido. Ahora a ver si es cierto que es anti condensación y anti moho.

Bonjour , très déçu après l'ouverture du carton extérieure en bon état Le pot de peinture été enveloppé dans un sac plastique, heureusement car celui ci avait couler et c'était un désastre Il ma fallu transvider la peinture restante dans des bocaux, et une perte du produit non utilisable, dommage car la peinture a l'air de bonne qualitée

Peinture parfaite très peu d’odeur, facile à appliquer et recouvrement impressionnant. Je recommande vivement cette peinture.
