I would highly recommend these based on quality and quantity you get. I purchased these to help with my nose blocking in the eves. I’ve used strips before and thought I’d try a different brand. I’m pleased I did. They have a really strong grip so won’t come lose in the night and work as expected. Overall I’d buy these over others given the grip and quality against the value. Very good.

Strange review here really - 2nd time I ordered these and this time around the product is completely different. First time around, these would have been rated 4 or above, as they stayed firm and connected for the duration of my sleep and then some. However, with the 2nd order it has not been the case in the slightest. At first I noticed that the internal packaging had altered slightly but thought nothing of it, then after a night of use, I'd either wake up to it semi-attached, loose, or just completely off somewhere in my bed, not ideal! Whatever they've done to the product, it's not worked but I also confidently prepared all of the strips for storage etc because I initially believed this to be a good item, shame. As I've essentially destroyed the packaging and made it irreturnable, this review will have to do as a warning to any who may have had a pleasant experience before looking to rebuy, and those still trying to find the right item for their little nostrils - avoid.

These are good for opening the airway to improve breathing. They helped reduce snoring a bit. They were comfortable and with sensitive skin didn't cause issues. Good adhesive and stayed on all night.

Was sceptical to be honest, but I shouldn’t have been. My wife and I (both prolific snorers) have been using them this week, and it’s fair to say it’s the best week of sleep that we’ve both had in ages. For us, they work a treat, so I would highly recommend them. Brilliant!

I bought a packet of these in December and they were pretty good. However the most recent packet are a different shape, less rigid, and do not work as well.

The adhesive makes it harder to remove from your nose in the morning, but also it'll have come unstuck at the ends, where admittedly your nose produces oils. I'm comparing to the genuine breath right strips, but for the money these do the job. You just have to remove them slowly, and a little more carefully, so they don't take the top layer of skin off and leave a red mark. For me though, i'll keep buying these instead of the much more expensive, if slightly superior, breath right strips. As far as "do nose strips do the job?" Absolutely! I've been a mouth breather all my adult life and after trying these, I won't go back. Sure, its still not as much air as breathing through your mouth, but it's maybe 30% more air that without the strips. You have to train yourself a little to only breath through your nose when falling asleep, which takes a little practise, but you'll wake up without that dry mouth and throat (and bad breath), and surprisingly your nose will be clearer having been used - maybe as it stays moister? Total game changer. Probably helps with the jaw/face stuff too having not had your mouth open all night. Definitely give them a go!
