You can change the size before ordering, it's either 8 and 10 or 10 and 12.

Do these pans come with lids?

They don't come with lids, but you can buy the 10 and 12" separately with lids for $200 combined. Cheaper with lids!! Go figure.

Are these appropriate for induction cooktop?

Yes, works very well and does not scratch surface.

These are made in the U.S. ?
