Mezcal Glasses | The Original & Traditional Glass for Mezcal or Tequila | Set of 4

I love that they are based on candle holders- the little crosses on the bottom are really cool. They are very sturdy. The look is as advertised. They would make a great gift for anyone who loves tequila and/or mezcal. 100% recommend.

These arrived in much better condition than the first set I ordered from Amazon other Co in spite of less protective packaging on second order. Very pleased with them, now to christen them!

These glasses are a great choice for tequila and mezcal drinkers. The glass is easy to hold, and feels sturdy without looking too blocky or heavy. It holds just the right amount for sipping and savoring. I'm the only tequila drinker in my house, so all four glasses will rarely get a workout, but a set of four at the price it costs make it a great gift idea for the mezcal/tequila aficionado in your circle of family and friends.

Gorgeous authentic mezcal glasses. I bought them for my husband for Christmas. He had gotten into mezcal more recently and these look like the same glasses that are used in Disney world’s La Cava Tequila in Epcot. I love them!

Ich habe schon viele Gläser ausprobiert, aber diese traditionelle Form ist einfach unschlagbar. Design & Authentizität: Die Gläser (Veladoras) sind genau so, wie man sie aus den traditionellen Mezcalerías in Oaxaca kennt. Sie sind robust, liegen schwer und wertig in der Hand und haben dieses typische, leicht rustikale Design mit dem Kreuz am Boden. Sie wirken handfest und authentisch, nicht wie industrielle Massenware. Das Trinkerlebnis: Aroma-Entfaltung: Durch die breite Öffnung kann der Mezcal perfekt „atmen“. Die rauchigen Noten kommen wunderbar zur Geltung, ohne dass der Alkohol zu stechend wirkt. Vielseitigkeit: Sie eignen sich nicht nur für Mezcal, sondern auch hervorragend für Tequila oder sogar als stilvolle Teelichthalter, wenn gerade nicht getrunken wird (wie es in Mexiko ursprünglich üblich war). Reinigung: Sie sind sehr pflegeleicht und haben bei mir schon mehrere Runden in der Spülmaschine ohne Glanzverlust überstanden. Mein Tipp: Serviert den Mezcal mit einer Scheibe Orange und etwas Wurmsalz (Sal de Gusano) am Rand – in diesen Gläsern sieht das Ganze absolut professionell aus! Fazit: Ein tolles Geschenk für Kenner oder um die eigene Hausbar aufzuwerten. Preis-Leistung ist für diese Qualität top. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Schöne und stylische Gläser, welche sich aufgrund des Kreuzes am Boden des Glases auch für Beerdigungen eignen. Am besten trinkt man daraus Papadiablo Espadin Mezcal. Egal was es zu feiern gibt ;)
