As an Eyelash Pre-Treatment Primer should be applied on each single and thoroughly cleaned eyelash. This will cleanse and prepare natural or extended lashes for maximum bonding of the glue. The distinctive formula works by thoroughly removing all oils and debris from the lashes, creating a completely clean lash to adhere to. Glue will bond faster. Eyelash pre-treatment is pH balanced, making it ideal for both initial applications and refills. As soon as the Primer dried, application can be started straight away.
