The product is good, well built and works how it is supposed to. What I loved the most was the personal touch and the overall feeling when i got the product, it had a note with it thanking for making the purchase making it feel more meaningful than just another lifeless unpacking experience.

It's metal quality is good but it doesn't work to remove nits but it can remove rice from your head , it is pretty easy to use , no its not soft , hope this helps xd
