DANGEROUS - Purchased 2 both had faulty lamps & glass hit the customer & their food
No support from manufacturer, returns or replacement, lamps were only in use a couple of months We've now been referred to Trading Standards

poor product poor after service and poor help from amazon.
really poor quality item bulbs keep blowing which Davlex have now said are not covered by warranty, we have had 7 different bulbs thats 1 every 2 weeks and amazon and davlex dont want to know its embarrassing from both parties the product is not fit for purpose and needs to be taken off the market.
