It wraps too snuggly for my 5'4" 125 pound frame. I ended up cutting a wedge off the edge that snugs up to the seat on either side and now it is just fine. The strap that is supposed to hold the pillow in place is too short for the seat, so I have to adjust every time I get into the car. With that said, it is comfortable for my back and thick enough and high enough that allows my neck to be off the head rest . This pillow is really for my neck so that I can hold it in a natural position while driving (head rest forces my neck forward), but it is nice for my back too. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Firm Support, But Not Wide Enough *by N***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2014* I wanted to like this pillow. It is firm and provides good support. However, I'm bigger than the average bear at 6'2" and 245 lbs, and the sides of this pillow dug into my back/ribs, making it too uncomfortable to use. Thalway customer service is outstanding, however. A real human with a real email address emailed me to ask why I returned it, and then gave me a $10.00 Amazon coupon to use for my troubles (I didn't ask for it, she just offered!). So, kudos for that. If this was just wider it would have been perfect for me. There are way too many lumbar support pillows out there that are too soft and just collapse, providing no support at all. The pillow was very firm, so took a few hours to get used to, but it did the trick...my back was well supported and I was able to travel the many hours in comfort. It was not as comfortable because of the firmness as the one in my chiropractor's office, but I didn't try that one for more than a few minutes. This one also had better reviews and was reasonably priced.
