This wheel is very strong, it’s made out of a solid wood that has a very smooth surface. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to help them identify their own feelings

While one can appreciate the comprehensiveness of the Feel Wheel, it is that comprehensiveness itself that diminishes the worth in terms of helping people identify their feelings. There is just too much detail, even for adults. Also, at first I ordered a smaller wheel but had to return it because it was just too small to be useful. I suggest the largest wheel you can find, but even then, I don't feel this product is that useful overall, again because of its complexity.

I almost expected this to be similar to cardboard / a very thin wood. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is extremely sturdy! Perfect size for a desk, it’s visually appealing and useful!

As other reviewers have noted, this is a small wheel of emotions and may be difficult for those with less-than-stellar eyesight to read. However, the emotions are in tiers and this can be a great tool for helping people grow their emotional vocabulary. The wheel comes with a wooden stand and a folded addition for younger minds with images to convey the categories of emotions. On the back of the wheel is locus of control information too. This is a nice decor item for a therapist's office, as a conversation piece, or to prompt someone on the breadth of emotions out there to experience and talk about. Break out a reading glass for those who struggle to read the small print.

Got it for my 9yr old kiddo and I to be able to have discussions around feelings and difficult feelings. We both enjoy it.

We'd ask my daughter how she felt or thought about something and she'd often say, "I don't know. It's hard to explain." This had really helped her.

Product came incomplete. The description says it comes with a 2-page emotions list guide, offering a detailed exploration of emotions to support emotional literacy and the stand for the wheel. But only the wheel came. Disappointing.
