The final assembled gazebo is absolutely gorgeous and high quality. Well made. Now. Let’s talk assembly. Opening the (three) boxes and seeing all of the parts was overwhelming. Then referring to the instructions didn’t help. One box arrived damaged so we reached out to customer service and they shipped replacements for the damaged pieces right away. Arrived a week later. Their quick reply was appreciated. Assembly advice: You will be far better off with a battery powered screw gun. Do not fully tighten the frame screws until the end as some of the connection brackets won’t line up and may need shifting. Definitely need two people. It was worth the effort and patience. Beautiful finished addition to our backyard.

Well built and pretty easy to set up. Instructions are lengthy and well illustrated. It will take two to three people to set up. The overall quality is quite good. We really love the look against our house. The value for your money can't be beat considering we were given estimates for a 12' x 16' three season extension between $35K and $50K. I highly recommend assembling the long assemblies ahead of time and put them off to the side. It made final assembly much easier when placing on a deck or slab. I also recommend looking over the entire instruction manual ahead of time so you understand how the instructions work.

We purchased this item over a year ago and we are very happy with it. It's a bit of work getting the roof on if you are short (like my husband and I), but the instructions were pretty good. It has survived several severe storms and still looks as good as the day we got it. We do have a couple small roof leaks, but that probably has more to do with us rushing through the roof construction than it does any kind of product flaw. We love it and would definitely recommend this product.

Pro: Looks GREAT! Color is perfect! One 12th the cost of a Patio Enclosures sun room. Assembled by one, sometimes 2 people. No glass, so less chance of shattering. Transition to screened porch is simple. Removable winter roof supports against heavy snow. Cons: Dimensions are not as accurate as they need to be. Very little to no room to adjust double doors so they close without gaps. Windows are soft plastic and tinted, not glass-clear polycarbonate which is light, strong, and optically better than glass. The biggie: LOTS of gaps EVERYWHERE that not only let cold air in, and myriad places for insects. We will have to caulk under the bottom rails, against the house, and under the bottom edge of the roof where gaps are so big a Murder Hornet could walk through. Neither pro nor con: Comes on a pallet that's over 6' long and over 3' high that cannot be moved without a pallet mover. Just be aware. Directions are extensive but some things aren't 100% clear. My contractor and I had to work some of the details out about what went where, and what was optional, and what was not.

Wow! Love this new space! Assembly wasn't too difficult, and it did require two people. I can't believe how warm the room stays considering it's 8 degrees outside with 40 + MPH wind gusts. It was 48 degrees inside the sunroom during these conditions without the heat even being turned on. We actually used this new sunroom to host Christmas dinner with the family this year. The room is not watertight, but it does perform as advertised being labeled water resistant. Overall, couldn't be happier with the purchase. Customer service has been outstanding as well. If you're looking for some extra indoor space for your home, I would definitely recommend this 12 x 20 Three Walled Sunroom.

I am in love with this sunroom. I bought it several months ago and it has been patiently waiting for us to get it put up. I've not been so patient! 🤣 It was worth the wait though. My husband and I put it together alone for the most part. We had our son help when we needed a third set of hands, but that just made it easier. We could have done it with just the two of us. There weren't many written instructions, mostly pictures, but the manual was pretty thorough. It has around 80 pages. So far it seems sturdy and I haven't noticed any leaks. It came with two poles to place in the middle for extra support. I'll probably install them this winter. It's so pretty and was fun to decorate. The windows slide up and down easily and the tinted color really doesn't bother me. I think it will help with keeping down the heat and the bright sunlight won't be coming in do harshly. Anyway, if you're in the market for a sunroom this will probably be the best bang for your buck! 👍🏻

Nice when the sub is shining, but leaks like crazy when it's raining. But it is solid.

We purchased our sunroom back in December 2024 and finally began constructing it in the middle of May when the weather was more predictable. It took us a total of two days to complete and we absolutely love the Domi 12x10 Sunroom. My wife and I did most of the pre assembly of the frame and other parts before needing the assistance of a third person for placement of the frame and putting up the 3 walls to the frame. We had one mishap that slowed our progress with resulted in a redo of the sliding door assembly. The M1 and M3 rails were all mislabeled as M3 on them all, but we finally realized the problem after a couple of hours of trouble shooting. Overall it was a fun experience and we are looking forward to many hours of enjoyment without mosquitoes!!

Super easy to build. Only myself with a drill took me 6 hours. Needed help for 10 mins to get the basic frame up. Amazing product Tips * don't over-tighten until its up. * its light so build then move in place and do your levelling. * you MUST tighten your roof screws as you go. Impossible to get to centre pieces to tighten. One thing that I almost dropped it to 4 stars for was the recommendation to close curtains with wind over 30mph. I had that wind and more the next day. When I closed the curtains it became a big tent and was shifting it all over and I could see it not lasting much longer without damaging itself. Does anyone know if im missing something about closing the curtains during heavy wind

Very happy with product. Only wish that the tin roof was a bit more sturdy. Hope it will withstand our northern winter. We shall see.

Great product and did take approximately 8 hrs for 2 people to set up. Curtains and mesh snap on with ease. Great idea having two support poles as extra support during snow accumulation on roof.
