Pain free with these arch and heel supports.
Review Plantar fasciitis pain is worse in the morning or if you need to get up during the night. This arch support not only gives support in shoes but can be worn at nighttime, or just slip it on in the morning. It can be worn over a nighttime caster oil wrap which helps reduce inflammation. An ingenious invention to help sufferers of plantar fasciitis. It washes well and keeps the elasticity. Excellent quality. For even extra support and comfort it can be worn with a good gel heel pad like the Welnove heel protector. See photos.

Very solid arch support and easy to wear
Perfect for barefoot wear, this is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer to be barefoot at home and during exercise but my 50 something year old feet need a little arch support. These really lift and provide that support. Slips on over the toes. Looks good quality like I can wash them easily. I think would also work with shoes if one wanted to wear them that way. Not particularly attractive but that’s not really the intent.

Great Home Relief for Barefoot Comfort
I’ve been using the Dr. Scholl’s Plantar Fasciitis & Achy Feet Relief Arch Support Sleeve for a couple of weeks since picking it up, and it’s become a go-to for me at home. As someone who deals with foot discomfort, especially in the arches, I’ve found it really helps when I’m just lounging or moving around. My Experience This sleeve shines when I wear it barefoot around the house. The cushioned arch support and foam pad provide a noticeable lift, easing the achy feeling in my feet after a long day. I love slipping it on with no socks— it feels snug yet breathable, and the compression band keeps it in place without slipping. The relief is most evident when I’m padding around on hard floors, and it’s been a game-changer for morning stiffness. It’s not perfect for all-day wear outside, but for home use, it’s spot on. What I Liked • Barefoot Comfort: Works best without socks, offering great support while I move around. • Pain Relief: Reduces arch discomfort and morning stiffness effectively. • Adjustable Fit: The design adapts well to my feet, even with the compression band. • Ease of Use: Slips on quickly and feels lightweight. What Could Be Better • Outdoor Use: Less effective when worn with shoes or socks for extended periods. • Durability: The foam might compress over time with heavy use. • Size Range: Fits well, but could be tricky for very wide or narrow feet. • Price: At $10.99, it’s a bit steep for a single pair, though the relief justifies it. Who This Is For This sleeve is perfect for anyone with plantar fasciitis or achy feet who wants relief at home, especially barefoot. It’s ideal for casual use around the house but might not suit those needing all-day support with footwear. Pair it with stretching for best results. Final Thoughts The Dr. Scholl’s Arch Support Sleeve has been a solid addition to my home routine, offering great relief when I’m barefoot. It’s not a full solution, but it makes a difference for comfort and recovery. I’d recommend it for home use and might grab another pair to keep the support going. Disclaimer: I purchased this product myself and have no affiliation with Dr. Scholl’s. Consult a healthcare provider for serious foot issues.

Comfortable
These have worked well in helping control my plantar fasciitis. I prefer these over the others that have a Velcro fastener. The Velcro eventually gets clogged with fuzz from your socks & shoes and lose their holding power.

Very good support sleeves.
These sleeves work very well for my overpronation in unstructured shoes such as my Sketchers. Tight, so I couldn't wear them all day, but I don't have to. Nice small arch insert, too.

Don’t Fit in Shoes!
It’s only the first day wearing these, so the jury’s still out. However, though slightly uncomfortable, they do seem to support the arches well. The biggest problem is wearing them with shoes. If your shoes fit properly, you’ll struggle to get the on while wearing them. I have a pair of shoes that are a little loose and was able to get them on over the arch supports, but that makes them rather tight. I may have to get some shoes with a lower or more open camp to accommodate the supports.

THEY WORK!!
In all honesty I didn't expect much from this product. I've already used arch support insoles, ointments, pain pills, and ankle braces. They all gave me some relief. But my pain was only slightly abated using all of them at the same time! I've been using this product every day since delivery (less than a week). Instead of 3 doses of prescription pain pills a day I take one dose of OTC meds in the morning and put these on. I don't need to keep popping pills just to get through the day now! Somehow these pads provide relief by giving my flat feet an arch, which takes the pressure off of the nerve to my foot. I'm able to walk without limping during my 12 hour shift. And I'm not drowsy from prescription pain pills. I suggest you use them on both feet. I was only having pain in my left foot. So I initially was using just one. Since both of my feet are flat I opted to be proactive rather than waiting for my right foot to ache as well. It seems that using both does better than just the one. I strongly recommend buying this product and hope you get similar results!

Supportive for my flat feet
These have padding in just the right spots for my womens US sz 10 feet, with fallen arches. Their support allows me to be able to walk around the house in socks or bare feet instead of having to always wear shoes for arch support. What I like best is that they have enough structure to help alleviate the pain in my arch when I lay down to sleep. The band is not so tight that it cuts off the blood supply in my foot. I can where them for hours.

Quick remedy for plantar fasciitis pain!
Fantastic product! Hubby can get extremely bad plantar fasciitis due to his high arches — after a day of wearing these the pain subsided. A few days later and it’s practically gone! he swears by these little supports, they’ve done wonders for him! Highly recommend

Nice Relief
Delivered quickly. They slip on and hold well. I only wish they were a little thicker and/or more rigid, but they do the trick just fine.

Disappointing quality and minimal relief
One sock started fraying within a week or two of light use. Didn't notice much improvement in heel pain either. Not worth it for me.
