My son loves these. Kept him busy in cold months away from electronics. They were easy enough for him to do himself. I think I’ve bought them all now. They all work great if u follow directions. They even come with their own tools. Good value for the cost

Well made, fun for kids interested in science
Grandson loved this. I only put one thing together with him so far, but the pieces popped out easily and went together well.

It will definitely keep the kids attention
Using for our kids Bible school. Having 6 in a box makes them really affordable and the kids absolutely loved them. It kept them busy and they loved the challenge. The kids were ages 8-10.

Design flaws, melting battery, but lots of fun
These are a fun learning experience for kids especially ones wanting to go into electrical and computer engineering. Though the design of a couple of these makes it so the battery can get stuck while touch metal of a screw and cause the battery to overheat and start melting. Specifically he got a present from someone that included the tank. The metal bars are so close together and you have to put the battery through them to use it, my son tried and shorted out the battery. It was a good learning experience, but some of the designs could be better. In this set the circuit for the human light was faulty and started smoking even though it was wired correctly. I would say these are a great gift, but we keep the batteries out when not in use to make sure nothing weird goes wrong. Considering these have no safety certifications, it's not really surprising, but we enjoy them anyways, just cautiously. Also, some of the tiny pieces easily break, so be careful when popping them out of the frames.

Well worth the time and money
I got this set for my 92-year-old father for his birthday, he loved it so much he bought another two sets. They can be completed in just an hour or so. They're cute, they work great. Enough said.
