Great clarity and full view of the front porch. Easy to install and upload, now I can see who arrives at my house anytime day or night. I like the fact that it has a built in siren encase I need to get unwanted people off my porch

Ok updated as original review was at the end of frustration with the chime disconnecting - however, finally got talking to a tech support individual who understood my issue and clearly explained what was happening. In short "when pairing using your phone ensure mobile data is off, this interferes and confuses the system", it will then see and pick up the relevant wifi (which in fairness we have several wifi extenders and points). In the end I connected to a closest wifi extender nearest the doorbell location, has worked flawlessly since. As for the doorbell, if you have a lot of coming and goings think which side of your door you mount it. Our front door is down the drive on the right side of the house. Our bell is mounted to the left, so picks up every time someone leave the front door to go to the rear of the house - which is many times a day. Solution, focus the doorbell to a tighter range outside the main walkway if that covers enough of your area. Or, simply mount the doorbell on the side with the least amount of traffic. Reason I say this, seem to have to recharge it every other week. That aside, works ok. Little delay on the mobile around 5 secs even when in the house - delivery drivers dont hang around for long! But has caught a few naughties having a snoop and shocked them - either looking for packages or other! Overall charging aside, happy - just wish Id got one hard wired. Original review since expunged Im happy to say: Worked for a week. Doorbell reconnected fine. Ringer will not see any WIFI's in our home. Worked previously now nothing. Reset (sync), contacted Arlo - they keep closing the tickets as resolved "WHICH IT MOST DEFINATELY IS NOT" and there are many posts on their support forum reflecting the same issues. This issue is ongoing for years with no one single solution presented. I highly recommend the doorbell - great clear and efficient. FORGET THE CHIME - TOTAL JUNK and the underhanded perception of resolved tickets, which if you review their forum website, you shall see many other customers reporting the same issues with their kit not seeing WIFI, stating resolutions which don't work and closing the threads marked as resolved. VERY DECEITFUL behaviour from a company. Maybe one day they will be honest and resolve or recall but have not done so since I can see the issues reported since 2019 so for now DO NOT BUY.

Battery lasts a long time. Good clear images. You can access recordings for free for the first month. Aftet that, either pay or use without recordings.

Unusable as a doorbell. The chime instructions don’t allow linking to the same network as the doorbell. You try the supposed troubleshooting advice, but that’s just a circular loop asking you to try again, over and over. You call customer support and they’re even more useless: take you through the same steps yet again, as if your problem was simply inability to read. So, you’ve bought a silent doorbell

It only supports 16 to 24 volts, not 8 to 24 volts for it to be reliable if you read the troubleshooting section as the last few pages of the PDF manual which can be found online. Below 16 volts it is the minimum for it to operate but not reliably. Also if a hard wired mechanical chime is rated below 16 to 24 volts it could overload the chime. I ended up getting a Ring doorbell for my 10 volt doorbell transformer circuit, but needing Ring's separate wireless chime.

Excellent doorbell you can see who’s at the door even when you’re not at home. Makes me feel safe.

Easy to install and set up. Pretty responsive to movement and the facility to talk to someone at the door via your phone works well. Chime has multiple sounds to choose from. All in all very pleased with it. Only annoying thing is the app keeps logging me out and it is sometimes difficult to log back in

Convoluted set up. No video image on phone when bell was rang. I had instructions to reduce the video quality from 4K ( which was the reason I bought it ) So returned it

Der Artikel war gut ,aber die Chime hatte keinen EU Stecker. Somit für mich nicht brauchbar. Die mit bestellte Aussencamera lies sich leider nicht installieren, schade.

La prise du carillon ne s'adapte pas aux prises électriques françaises !
