The slip fit fine at the waist but stopped about knee height. You could see the hoops through the dress and could see where the slip ended, which was the worst part. The dress didn't hang like a bell shape from waist to floor but rather a bell at the top and then straight to the floor. It looked very strange and not at all like I expected. I ordered another, more expensive crinoline which gave me the look I wanted, a smooth bell shape all over. The crinoline was also easier to manage when sitting down because it was layers of soft and did not contain the stiff hoops. The quality of the slip was nice but it was NOT the slip needed to create the look you see in the dress pictures. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Nice *by E***5 on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2018* Fits my daughter, who is six. I wish it had an elastic band instead, but it should be easy enough to replace the draw string. I like that you can make the hoops smaller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed on the waist after taking out the string and replacing with elastic. *by B***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2018* I ordered the larger size. After reading other reviews I knew that I would need to replace the drawstring with elastic sewn to fit my daughter's waist. It was easy to do and the hoop skirt stayed up just fine. It does seem a bit on the short side, but it worked just fine for us. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/61645390-nuomiqi-kids-3-hoop-skirt-petticoat-full-slip-flower-girl](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/61645390-nuomiqi-kids-3-hoop-skirt-petticoat-full-slip-flower-girl) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
