The syrup is free of sugar, fat, gluten, carbohydrates and calories, and instead it uses a sweetener (natural stevia). The ingredient list makes it ideal for a range of different dietary requirements. I do think this syrup is a good addition to my morning coffee and it definitely elevates a plain coffee.
