I posted a screenshot of my cgm weekly review and put a heart around the day I started taking the bitter melon when I ate a large meal (ie: lunch/dinner) and you can see how much more consistent my blood sugar was. And, I was unable to be as strict with my eating this week due to work, so those weekend days when my glucose was better also happened when I was eating more carbs than I normally do. This stuff is incredible... And more so because I don't have to actually eat bitter melon!

A: The body itself takes 2 to 3 hours to digest anything and a day or 2 to go through your blood stream so immediately no... I took this and some other organic meds plus a lot of exercise and water for my liver and my sugar levels did go down as well nothing can beat diet and exercise though
