Great selection ranging from beginner to pro!
Extremely high quality grippers with a great selection of resistances! Really enjoying using these and with such a large selection of resistances it's great to monitor progress. The starting resistance was great to begin with, and as I progress with the weight I can really see just how effective these are to use in my workout. I would recommend using the tape supplied as it was be a little course on your palms. Other than that great product, super easy to pick up at any point throughout your day.

Heavy set is HEAVY, be warned...
Good news - the grippers are well made and the resistance feels about right. Bad news - I did not need to buy the extra heavy set despite having one of the strongest tested grips in my workplace and being a powerlifter haha. Needs a 100-250lb set, I'm never exceeding 250 and I expect most natty people won't either.

Good trainers
I bought these a few month ago, I'm aiming to hit the "gorilla" grip of 350 lb However, I’m on 150lb and I’ve yet to meet the love of my life

Good variety, builds strength well
Great little set of grips with different resistance levels. I’m still working my way through them, but they’ve been helping build my strength steadily and you can feel the progress as you move up. They’re comfortable to use, feel well designed, and the build quality is solid. For the price, the set is really good value and having all six levels in one pack makes it easy to keep pushing yourself.

Extremely heavy
i do not know who or what can close the 200lb ones properly, let alone the 350lb ones. Coming from a 600+lb deadlifter.

Very good, comfortable with wraps
Really good tension on theae, can't even move the 350lb lol, will get there. Enough wraps (6) for the sides your fingers grip, to prevent callouses... don't use them without wrapping. Really good.

The higher tier ones are serious
These are pretty tough and I’ve got a good grip of around 78kgs already. The top one is bloody impossible, the spring looks like it is off a dumper truck and I haven’t Got a chance to close that. The grips on them can be a bit tough on your hands unless you have those of a scaffolder.

Buena calidad

Pumping Up with Hozzen Grip Strength Trainer!
**Pumping Up with Hozzen Grip Strength Trainer!** I stumbled upon the Hozzen Grip Strength Trainer a few weeks back, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute game-changer for my forearm workout routine! Starting with the 100lb gripper, I was amazed at how quickly I noticed gains in my grip strength. Fast forward to now, and I've graduated to the mighty 200lb gripper—talk about progress! What I love most about the Hozzen Grip Strength Trainer is its durability and solid construction. The grips themselves feel robust and well-made, designed to withstand my relentless squeezing without showing any signs of wear. The adjustable resistance levels make it perfect for gradually challenging myself, ensuring I never plateau in my strength training journey. Beyond just being a workout tool, it's become a fun challenge to see how far I can push my grip strength each week. Plus, it's super satisfying to feel the difference in my daily activities—from opening stubborn jars to firm handshakes that leave an impression (literally!). If you're serious about improving your grip strength in a fun and effective way, I highly recommend giving the Hozzen Grip Strength Trainer a try. It's sturdy, it's durable, and it's helping me reach new levels of strength I didn't think were possible. Get ready to crush those handshakes and conquer those jars—this gripper is your new best workout buddy!

Good quality, challenging for the grip
I do strength training but my left hand’s grip is somewhat weaker than the right. Hence I need to train. Got these this week and I’m quite surprised… I can close the 100LB one but the next level (150) is already quite challenging. Either way, I’m happy because I have overloading options; given that the grippers go up to 300LB or so. Dont know if I’ll ever do that but I will try. Additionally, it is very convenient that they include some light rubber strips for the grips because metal can dry and/or scratch skin and, if so, limit the amount of training one can get done.

Should Be Labeled Better
I picked these up a few days ago to add to my grip strength regime. I'm a chiropractic student, and doing manual therapy/massage all day will make my hands ache by the end of the day. Completely exhausts my hands some days. It will be some time before I can close the 350 Ibs but I can get it to budge. Positives: convenience, product is exactly as described, aggressive knurling (major plus for me), and it came with PLENTY of grip tape if that's your thing. Negatives: the laser engraving for the poundage, at the base of the grips, is exposed and very shallow. After a month in gym/school/work bags, you should expect it to completely wear off. Label them an additional way, if you are so inclined. To their credit, they put a color code on the box, BUT: A. Whose keeping the box? B. Even if I took a picture by the time I'm ready to move up in weight, I won't be able to find it.
