Delicious!
Really tasty and mixes easily. I add a little more water than it calls for because I like bland things in the morning while my brain is still waking up. This is really lovely to have when I’m in the (very cold) office. So far, I haven’t had any GI issues after drinking it, so it’s my go-to broth these days!

Use a blender
Very good taste, more like soup than broth. It does not all dissolve and plenty of protein will be left in sandy bits at the bottom of your cup unless you mix it in a blender...problem solved! That also gives it a nice froth.
