The large bottle offers very good value and has lasted me over six months with twice-daily use, with at least a quarter still remaining. It has a very light, pleasant scent and a smooth, creamy consistency similar to double cream, which feels comfortable during use. It cleans the skin well without leaving it tight or stripped and works particularly well as a second cleanser in a double cleansing routine. The formulation is gentle overall, although I have occasionally experienced slight stinging when using it immediately after active ingredients such as tretinoin, glycolic acid, or other retinoids. However, it has not caused any redness or lasting irritation. The main drawback is the pump, which tends to dispense more product than is needed, leading to some waste. I therefore now only use half a pump which covers not only my fave but my neck as well. Despite this, it remains a reliable everyday cleanser that performs well and lasts a long time, making it good value for money.

I’ve been using the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser for normal to dry skin for well over five years now, and honestly it’s one of those products I just keep coming back to. My skin is on the drier side, but I also deal with sebaceous filaments, especially around the nose and cheeks, and this cleanser works really well for that without being harsh. What I like is that it has enough slip that you can actually massage your skin properly. I had contact dermatitis and struggled with severe dry skin so I was hoping this would work but it didn’t help much, it kinda made my face duller so I used it only on my body instead and it was okay. So overall I think it’s a good product, just not really the go to for dry skin treatment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un básico que nunca falta en mi baño Llevo tiempo usando el gel limpiador hidratante de CeraVe y no lo cambio por nada. Por el precio que tiene, la calidad es increíble. Cunde muchísimo porque con muy poca cantidad hace una espuma suave y agradable, y deja la piel súper limpia pero sin resecar nada. No me deja la cara tirante ni me provoca rojeces, al contrario, la noto calmada e hidratada después de usarlo. Además, me encanta que no tiene perfume, así que es perfecto para pieles sensibles. Lo uso tanto por la mañana como por la noche, y me va genial incluso en épocas en las que tengo la piel más reactiva. He probado otros limpiadores más caros y siempre acabo volviendo a este. Otra cosa que valoro mucho es que tiene ceramidas y ácido hialurónico, así que además de limpiar, ayuda a mantener la barrera de la piel. Es un producto sencillo, sin florituras, pero eficaz y muy respetuoso. Lo recomiendo al 100%, sobre todo si buscas algo que funcione bien sin complicarte la vida ni vaciarte el bolsillo.
