The product such as the wheel reel but hose pipe of poor quality

Having received this item I set about putting the item together. However it was quite clear once it was together and I attached the hose to the internal piece that when rolling the hose round and round that the hose was 'kinking' - thinking that I had obviously incorrectly put the unit together I took it apart again and then reassembled. The same thing happened - I then thought that perhaps once water was pumped though that the distortion on the hose would straighten so I turned on the tap I ensured that the tap was not on full. However 'no' this did not work and the water gushed out of the unit and then the the hose pipe shot off from where it was connected. This product is NOT fit for purpose and so I then had to purchase another hosepipe and reel from elsewhere.. this unit works absolutely fine with no leaks and the unit pieces stay where they need to be connected.DO NOT PURCHASE. IN ORDER TO ADD A REVIEW I HAD TO ALLOCATE 'A STAR' BUT IF I HAD MY CHOICE THIS PRODUCT WOULDNY GET ANY STARS.

Very easy to put together, very light to carry, very easy to unwind and rewind. Keeps in shape as very stiff,and value for money.
