However, upon reviewing the ingredients list, it explicitly mentions the use of Acidity Regulator E260 — which is chemically known as acetic acid. This is highly misleading and deceptive for customers. E260 is undeniably a chemical substance, and its inclusion directly contradicts the claim that no chemical preservatives are present. Such contradictory information not only misguides consumers but also undermines trust in both the seller and Amazon’s platform.Selling food products under false or confusing claims, particularly regarding ingredients, raises serious ethical and regulatory concerns. Transparency is non-negotiable when it comes to food safety and consumer rights.

Mouthwatering
The moment I opened the jar, the aroma of fresh mustard oil and spices took me straight back to my nani’s kitchen. The chillies are perfectly stuffed, not too spicy, and have that lovely tangy punch I love in a good achar. It’s made without garlic, so it goes well with everything, from parathas to dal-chawal. It tastes fresh and no dryness.
