I was waiting to go through one bottle of this Biosil Advanced Hair supplement. So far it seems to help with my hair thickness and stronger nails.

After 5 weeks of taking 2 per day, I haven't seen any nail improvement, but my hair isn't shedding as much. The big surprise - my eyebrows are growing back! I also take 20-30g of collagen peptides/day. I was previously taking plain biotin but the 5k mcg dosage made me itch.

I swear by this. It is very effective on hair, skin, and nails. It’s only one thin capsule, which makes it easy to take. No side effects or smell. I have it on subscribe and save every month. I stopped started using this product about 45 days ago. I use to use Nutrafol which is a more expensive product. I noticed with Nutrafol the quality of my hair improved but I also shed alot of hair. I believe that my hair is much thicker since switching to Biosil. I recommend.

After 3-4 weeks of taking these daily, my nails are definitely stronger with less peeling. I am also noticing less hair loss in the shower. Overall I’m very happy with biosil!! I’m going to keep taking it and I highly recommend it.
