I take this in a glass of blitzed fruit and water. A great quality fish collagen supplement that is both tasteless and odourless. Not like some of the cheaper ones that have a slight bleach/chemical type aftertaste. I have tried numerous fish collagen supplements over the years and all are definitely not equal. I find that this is an excellent way of getting bone, skin & nails support that is effective and easy to take.

There's a slight taste which isn't overly nice when just mixed in water but with juice,coffee etc it's absolutely fine. Mixes pretty well and no smell. It's pricey though for 100g that only lasts 8 days! Especially when home bargains do one for a similar price that lasts 20 days!

I wish I could afford to keep taking these. They were great for my skin and also gave me more energy.

Only been taking it for a short while but already bodied my skin feels smoother. No taste to it at all. I add it to my hot chocolate and wouldn’t know it was in there.

It doesn't taste of fish to me don't know if its any good yet my first bag will take for 6 months see if my skin and lines are better. Mixes well in tea .
