The insoles supplied with my trainers were typically cheap and wafer thin, within a couple of weeks they started slipping up behind my heels making the trainers really uncomfortable. These insoles stay put, and are really comfortable, the gel bottoms ensure they don’t move around and give good cushioning. Easy to adjust to the correct size so long as you take your time. Edit 30th April 2025. After just a few days of wear the insoles make a squelching noise when walking, my feet also sweat quite a bit with these insoles, I’ve ordered a different a pair of a different brand as these insoles have rapidly become a problem. These insoles were expensive, and expensive waste of time and money, i would not buy this brand again.

Gel insoles have been helping me for years in my waitresing job. Together with compression socks they are the best combo for anyone who has to be on their feet all day. Highly recommend. I managed to talk my partner into using them too. His shoes last much longer now as before his insoles would wear n tear in a few months but with the extra layer of gelactiv insoles they last many more months

I bought these Scholl GelActiv Trainer Insoles for my son because his trainers were slightly too big, and they’ve worked really well. They added extra comfort while also helping the shoes fit better and feel more secure. The insoles are soft, supportive, and provide good cushioning for everyday wear. My son said his shoes feel much more comfortable now, especially when walking around for longer periods. They were also easy to trim to the correct size and fit nicely inside the trainers. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they can feel a little thick in tighter shoes, but overall they’ve been very helpful. A good quality product that solved the problem without needing to buy new shoes.

It’s too slippery

A good supportive insole that’s on par with original fit. Their odour neutralising qualities are good too even though they are not marketed as such. But are a tad fiddly to fit due to the gel but one gets there in the end. Recommended.

These made my feet feel very hot and were not comfortable to walk on. Also I could feel the texture in the innersole base. I have reverted to using the original worn innersoles. I would not recommend to anyone.
