To be fair, I've only used the chrome pen. I had to do some work on a shower and they didn't want to replace anything; just fix it. It was pretty old for a shower valve (20-25 years) and I had to hunt down the cartridge that went to it, special order it straight from the manufacturer that only had "surplus" parts left. Unfortunately, they didn't have any trim parts left and there had been so much hard water buildup that anything threaded was basically welded together and everything was just stuck. So the trim gained more than a few scratches while trying to get everything apart. I got everything fixed but it just looked bad with all the scratches and scuffs so I took a shot with these pens. I sanded down any raised parts, cleaned it off, and then used the chrome pen. Holding the tip of the pen in easily allowed enough paint out to sort of "fill in" the scratches, and as I applied it, it pretty much evened itself out. It had looked a little off at the time but by the time I came back the next day, you couldn't tell there had ever been any issues. And then I tested it by running water over it, and even sprayed some bathroom cleaner on it. Nothing came off and it looked good as new. I definitely recommend these if you are looking at them to repair/restore some older fixtures or whatnot. Very easy to use (just shake it up and write with it) and held up well to getting washed.

I used something that left spots of rust on the drain in the bathroom sink. After using this product it almost looks new again. The only problem is it has to dry completely before running any water in the sink or it has to be redone.

I have a 2018 Toyota Camry, which infotainment console (as the picture shows) has several silver buttons. Two months ago, when I cleaned the surface, a part of silver coating on one of them broke and dropped, so that the button looked half in silver and half transparent (the plastic button's original color). So, I bought this silver pen. Today, I used it to color the transparaent half, it works so fine! I can't tell any difference between the original silver side and the painted side with this pen. It is remarkable!

I was skeptical at first, I am so thankful that I bought them. Side by side comparison to Chrome that comes with a model car kit, versus one with using these chrome pens. The chrome pens are actually more shinier than the Chrome plated parts. It's advisable to let them dry for minimum of 2 hours before you touch them, better yet wait 24 hours to let the chrome set up properly. I actually use regular floor polish and put a coat on it after a day or so it will protect it from smudging, keeping your fingerprints off of it and from rubbing off.

Unfortunately these marker tips are too big and thick for what I wanted them for, which is painting a ceramic figure. The paint is also very thin and flows out of the marker too fast, which makes a runny mess and I can’t use them for finer details at all. I really like the colors that came in this pack though, which is why I bought them, so I ended up making a puddle of paint on a piece of paper and then using a paint brush to paint my ceramic. I love the ease and no clean up with paint pens, but since I can’t really use these how I wanted I took off two stars. These are probably great for bigger projects on a flat surface, but not for anything small where the paint will run in every direction.
