Q: Where excallty should i put the cream? I get pain from my lower back to my leg?

I bought it, used it and got Zip out of it. A dr. told me to take Tumeric with Black Pepper capsules and that was last July and it relieved the Sciatic pain enough to function normally again. Amazon sells it. Take one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. for about ten days then one a day EVERY day thereafter. If you have a flare up, go back to the 2 day regime Good Luck!
