A worthy follow up
A very worthy follow up to Jon's first book. An easy read with short, concise chapters and good summaries. Where the first book talked about more of the technical aspect of golf, this one is more concerned with building the best mindset to perform at your best. I've thought about all of these issues but this is the first book I've read that tackles them like this. Jon is an accomplished golfer himself and this book is written from his own experience.

Excellent guide to learn, develop and understand competitive golf
Another great book by Jon following on from the Four Foundations of Golf. Learning new skills and understanding how to implement little talked about keys to play competitive golf. Well worth reading if you want to play better in competitions. Keep up the excellent work Jon 👏

A gentle, helpful, interesting & quick read - little new
I enjoyed this easy read. It offers little new information, except into Jon’s approach and experience which is valuable and interesting. I think it is more an addendum to Jon’s excellent The Four Foundations. If you are looking for a golf improvement book this would not be high on my list.If you like reading about golf and how other people do it then this is a lovely book.

Fantastic book, great read and so useful.
Once again Jon brings to life key thoughts, strategies and sound advice for making your experience on the golf course better.I now find myself thinking about both of his books during the round and bringing the best from my game.Buy the book, you won't regret it.

An interesting read but ...
Like many others I immensely enjoy Jon's writings and Podcast and Four Foundations is a particular favourite. Foundations of Winning Golf is close, but does have that feeling at times of that difficult second album - in other words a couple of strong tracks/chapters that didn't make the first cut and some filler tracks/chapters.On its own, its a good quick read and occasionally thought provoking but it doesn't have the 'can't put down' quality of Foundations. Shame really

Game changing
Absolute gold. A must read for all golfers of all levels. Simple but effective advice, a lot of advice you probably already know but don’t actually do and utilise. I’ve read both of Jon’s books now and would advise any golfer wanting to enjoy the game more while shooting lower scores to read
