Sooo good. I have it on every night and wake up my eyes relaxed. Smells so good!

I was worried the scent might be too strong, but it wasn't too strong. It's just about right. The ear loop was a bit short, so I have to stretch it a bit before I put it on, but other than that, it's easy to use and it's been very comforting and helps with my eye tiredness. The heat wasn't too strong either - I hope it was maybe 5 degrees higher, but maybe that's just me.

Product is great. Gentle steam, gorgeous scent, and smooth relaxing texture. Most popular Japanese disposable eye mask. Problem is shipping. Box is always broken. I already ordered different scents couple of times. And none of them came clean since Amazon ships with the plastic bag. It’s only for personal use.

Scent isn’t overpowering. Doesn’t get too hot. It tends to fall off while sleeping so I put on a regular sleeping mask on top.

This brand of masks is excellent, 10/10 for functionality and they are my absolute favorite. They heat up rapidly on opening and do not get too hot. But, this is the first time I'm trying this scent and I cannot emphasize enough how much their version of "Forest" smells like a certain dank, skunky plant. I think it's rosemary oil mixed with something else, but it's a real hotbox experience that is not...ideal. Try the chamomile instead!

Wonderfully scented, gentle warmth for tired eyes. Great for mid day naps.

I purchased these months ago and stopped using them because they left some kind of residue on my eyes that caused them to painfully burn and left tears running down my eyes. I gave them away to a friend recently who wanted to use the rest, thinking it was just one mask that was defective, but they told me their eyes burned using them too….so they tossed the rest. I never had this issue with this brand purchased in-store at Japanese markets. I’m not sure if these eye masks were defective or fake, but I will not risk ordering these online again.

5 stars for efficacy, only 3 stars because of the scent. I tend to be sensitive to smells and this while it was pleasant was incredibly strong, and I could not use them. I bought the same item in unscented and it works really well. I have dry eyes and use this to supplement my prescription medication eye drops. So I will review their efficacy as if it were the unscented. They work great, and individually sealed/wrapped so very portable to put a purse or suitcase for travel. They warm up when exposed to air and I was surprised to find more moisture in my eyes after wearing them for around 10-20 minutes. So 5 stars if you don't mind scents. If your are sensitive to smells or scents, I would go with this brands unscented version.
