Initial review is excellent!!
I bought this battery for camping (mostly with Scouts) with my cpap. After fully charging it I have tested it for 4 nights for a total of approximately 22hrs. I am currently using a Dreamstation Cpap. I have detached the heating/humidification portion. The battery has 4 LEDs for the battery level and after 22hrs use, per my cpap, all 4 LED lights are still lit. I am using a cigarette cable specific for the Dreamstation. After I drain the battery I am going to attempt to recharge with my 60 watt solar panels. Per the manufacturer in good sunlight it should take approximately 5 to 6 hours to fully recharge. After Sumner camp in July I will update as well as test with the heat/humidification so I can see how long it will last for colder weather camping. **June 25th update** I still haven't recharged the battery pack and have used it every night for almost 2 weeks with my Cpap for an average of approximately 5.5hrs per night and I still have 3 LED lights lit. We leave for summer camp on July 10th. At this rate I'm wondering if it will be run dead by then. ***June 29th*** Put my cell phone on the charger along with my Cpap and finally killed the battery. I added up the total time used each night per my cpap and had a whopping 72hrs of use. All but 3 of that was strictly my Dreamstation Cpap with no humidification or heat. I wouldn't believe it if I had not done it myself. Every morning I woke up I immediately shut off my cpap and unplugged it directly from the charging port on the battery. It's currently charging via my 60 watt solar panels. Instructions say to use 100 watt solar panels so we'll see how long it takes. In less than 2 weeks I'll be putting it to the test at summer camp with the Scouts so we will see if I can reproduce the same results. Would be a great battery pack for backpacking with a Cpap...which I hope to try again. I will also be testing with heat and humidification after camp for cold weather camping purposes. *** update August 17 Went to Scout summer camp with no humidification or heat and never needed to recharge the pack. That's 6 nights of camping! Have since tested it with heat and humidification and got 32hrs out of the battery before it would no longer run my cpap. Camped Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with it on one charge. Then continued to use it at home on Monday and it finally died part way through Tuesday night. Extremely happy with the performance. All of my tests were using my cpap only except the 1 time I added my phone on to it. I highly recommend this battery for people needing a cpap for camping off grid.

Fabulous for CPAP!
Best battery ever. I ordered this based on reviews because I couldn't afford the one my brother has, exp pro lithium, that gives him 3 nights on his CPAP. My Jackery 240 only gives me 2 nights. So, I am currently using this Renogy with the DC adaptor for my Resmed 10. So far, I have 35 hours and not one blinking light!! I started with a full charge. I forgot to time the charging to full, but will next time. I would not believe this if I weren't doing it myself. I was going to wait to review once I had the total use hours. But, it seems that will be a while. So, I'll update this review when I do. So far...perfect!! It is bigger and heavier than the picture looks, but nearly identical to my brother's exp pro lithium. It is actually 9x8x2 and 3.3lbs. I am thrilled with its output!! So, I actually got 49 hours using my Resmed 10 that pulls 90 watts. Fabulous! In recharging, it took 8 hours, from dead to full. The only problem has been with the LED lights indicators. The first light, of four, went out after three days of use. I'm thinking yahoo, I'll get weeks out of this charger! But, the fifth day, it merely quit. All the lights were out and the charger drained. No sequencing through each light. Ugh. The sequence is suppose to be: 1st LED blinks, the power level is below 25% 2nd blinks = 25%-50% 3rd blinks =50-75% 4th blinks is 75-99% And mine reads right to left, not left to right as the manual states. But, I called Renogy and got some excellent customer service and the techs will evaluate the problem and get back to me in 24-48 hours. So, well see. I'll update when they do. Okay, here is their reply: "Upon checking, the LED light you are seeing when charging is quite normal. However, for the DC LED light, you should be seeing red light and not blue (it is still considered normal if it seems that the blue and red light are mixing on the 24V DC LED indicator) If the DC LED lights don't really light up, you may file a warranty claim with Amazon since the unit is still within the 30-day period from the date of purchase." Ugh, so I'll have Amazon replace it and how the next ones lights work... Okay, it's replaced, and I'm still having issues with the lights. The manufacturer has discontinued this model and told me they would give me a refund, or I could return it to Amazon. I'm torn as what to do. It is excellent for using my CPAP, the lighting isn't that big of a deal now that I know how many hours I can get. But, I'm concerned if the lights don't work, what else may not. It's the only one I found in that price range. Idon't want to send yet another one back to Amazon and hope i get one that works! Ugh. What to do?

I was hoping to get two nights out of it but this is crazy good
I have a ResMed Airsense 10 that I use at a pressure setting of 9, no humidifier (hate the water up my nose). I do Cub Scouts camping with my son and not having a cpap is horrible. I needed a solution. I came close to buying a $700 solar power station, and still might but for other reasons, and then happened on this. I need a max of two nights so I looked at the power and that it can be charged by solar using USB-C, and figured that if it couldnt handle two nights I would just take a foldable solar to top it off. I got it in and believe it came fully charged, but charged it anyway. Ive used it the last two nights and it still has 4 bars, which is 75-100% charged ( the right four bars are for voltage selection). I then checked the comments again and found someone doing the same thing that got over 50 hours use out of it before recharging. With hurricanes and the odd power outage I can also use it as a backup. Ive had one or two nights like that since going on a cpap. Its not magic, its a 266Wh battery, it just happens Im not drawing that much with my cpap. Not heating water for the humidifier likely is the reason. After this last campout Hell finding this is a dream. Having a generator on a campout would be ridiculous. Not that my air mattress etc isnt. So solar was my research target. Bonus, if there are any hikes in the future I wont even need to take the solar panel. I hadnt counted on this but Ill also see if I can power a DC fan or two off of it while using it as cpap power. If the total gives me 2 days Ill be happy. That saves on D batteries. But to be honest its already paid for itself in giving me what looks like about a week of cpap power capability and emergency backup. Thing is rugged, solidly built. Now if I can just take care of the battery through proper maintenance. Update So I'm on my fourth night starting out with 50 percent or two bars. One thing to note is there is a lot of bleed over from one lit led to another unlit led slot. So two fully lit leds can look like 4 with the others lighter. In fact the leds on the left can look like the 24v DC selector led is partially lit. At 50 percent there is no fully lit led next to the fourth power led, and because of this it appears green with bleed over from what ive read is the wireless charging green round light. Also you read power from right to left. So the four leds dedicated to power will show 25 percent if the right most led is lit. 50 if the two on the right are lit. Etc. Again with one led fully lit it bleeds over to the lights left and right of it just enough to make them appear partially lit. It appeared fully charged longer because the 3rd led bleeds over into the fourth as does the green wireless light. If they ever do a new design they should fix both this bleed over and what I think is a usability expectation issue and either Mark the leds or light them left to right. But that could be a culture thing. At the moment this thing is awesome. Or at least it's meeting my desires which is the ability to Use my cpap camping and bonus I don't need to take a solar panel if I'm going for less than 4 or 5 days. I suspect I'll get 5 days out of it, with about 10 hours each night. No in dint get that much sleep. Certainly 4.

Randomly shuts off while using CPAP
Randomly stops working while using my CPAP. I have purchased 4 of these and only one has worked properly. The first one was defective in the same way, randomly shutting off. The replacement for that one worked perfectly for a little over a year. Unfortunately, that unit fell off of my motorcycle, and needed to be replaced. The new unit I purchased randomly shuts off while using my CPAP, and the replacement unit I received after returning that unit also shuts off randomly. I thought the original unit might have been a fluke, but after having 3 bad units, it seems to be a larger problem. I have contacted Renogy customer support regarding the issue and received no response, and any solution I have found online has not solved the issue.

Serves my purpose well, but not for everyone
I bought the item in October 2022, so this is a long-term product review. I've been pleased with it. It's solidly built and has great functionality. But, it's not perfect. Let's start with the cons: It's heavy. It's very portable but it weighs much more than your typical power bank. That should be expected for a 266Wh unit (smaller USB power banks provide less than 100Wh of storage). It's too big to take on an airplane, unfortunately, but it's great for road trips to have backup power or if you're camping. You cannot charge it while using any of the outputs. Sorry, no napping with your CPAP in the afternoon while connected to a solar panel. This is one reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. There's no display, only LEDs to show you state of charge. It would be better if there was a little display to tell you what the unit's doing and percent of full charge. Apparently the 12V cigarette lighter port isn't regulated, which is a second main reason I'm not giving it five stars. However, I have used my CPAP and some other electronics with it many times over the years and have had no problems. Charging is slow with the adapter. USB is a little faster (my larger batter pack says it's drawing 56 watts to charge via USB-C) but it will take hours to charge from empty. You can do better still with solar if it's a sunny day because it can draw up to 80 watts from a solar panel. The power rating of the cigarette lighter port is inconsistent. Is it 150W or is it 180W? It claims 15A at 12V, 180W but says 150W. Now for the positives: It's impressive that they are able to cram 266Wh into a package this small. I haven't seen tests of it but I don't doubt that's an accurate reading. I have been able to get five nights of CPAP usage (7-8 hours each with a Philips Dreamstation 2) with the humidifier set at 2/5 and still have power left over. It pairs well with solar input. I use a FlexSolar 60W panel during emergencies (rare, I've used it more with quarterly tests than in emergencies) and my panel has charged it from near-empty to full on a sunny afternoon. You get a wireless charging port, a USB-A port, a USB-C port and a USB-C PD port. If you need more USB ports, use the cigarette lighter adapter to plug in more. The cigarette lighter port provides a lot of power, at least 150 watts. That can power a lot of 12V devices! Need 140W for your MacBook or 100W to DC charge your laptop? All you need is a 12V USB charger capable of that to use this device for power. It can provide 12V, 16.5V, 20V and 24V. Well, mine from 2022 can. I think the newest version of the device only provides 12 or 24V. I have Dell laptops with the old barrel style DC charging ports that use 19.5V and the 20V power works perfectly with them using the included cable and adapters. But, I've never needed it for this purpose ... I've only tested it to prove it works. Bottom Line: It serves my purpose well, to provide backup power for my CPAP machine while also having a USB-C PD output and the ability to provide more USB power by using a cigarette lighter USB charger, and charge from a solar panel if I ever have a long-term power outage. I can recommend it for that purpose. It has proven to be well-made and reliable. However, it's not for everyone since you can't take it on an airplane and would be overkill for people just looking for a good USB charger unless a lot of power storage and solar input is needed. That it can't charge while providing power is a primary drawback, as is the lack of power regulation on the 12V cigarette lighter port and the inconsistent ratings on that port.

CPAP and Starlink Mini power supply! Over a year later and till loving it!
I use this to power my cpap machine when on the road or camping and charge it up while I'm driving in the car. I had my doubts but it works great. Pretty sure I can get two nights out of it easily with my non-humidified cpap machine. Much cheaper than the cpap manufacturer's solution and useful for more devices. STARLINK MINI UPDATE Just picked up a Starlink Mini and didn’t want to power it with an inverter. Started searching for adapter cables in USBC and cigarette lighter plug but so many reviews said they didn’t work. Went to hook up my CPAP while camping and had totally forgotten about the multi-voltage output and the barrel plug socket. My DC power solution for the Mini was staring me right in the face. The barrel socket is the same size and correct polarity for the Mini. Just set the output voltage to 24 volts and plug the Mini power cable in and you’ll be surfing for hours with juice to spare for a night of CPAP usage. I charge it back up with my MacBookPro USBC charger while I’m driving to my next camp site. Edit & Year of use UPDATE: Still working perfectly! I've also discovered that it charges with solar very easily. I hooked up a folding TopSolar 100w folding panel and it charges it quickly. Not sure it's meant to be charged that way but it works in a pinch. I wake up and connect it to the folding panel with the barrel to barrel dc connection and go exploring. When I get back it's fully charged and ready to go for the evening Starlink Mini use and CPAP power (no humidifier). Plenty of juice! I'm buying a second one to keep in the camper just as a backup. I have been so happy with this power bank that I've recommended it to other cpap campers. No need to die a little each night because you can't power your cpap, this is your solution!

Not your usual power bank
If you are looking for a USB power bank, you'll be disappointed. This battery pack is a bit different. It has far fewer USB ports than you would normally expect, they have fewer settings, and most importantly, if you use any of the other types of outputs your use of the USB ports is restricted. This is noteworthy, as it absolutely is possible to destroy electronics that were connected carelessly. But with this warning out of the way, this is an amazing and rather unique product. The battery capacity far exceeds what TSA regulations allow on a plane, but that's exactly what makes it perfect for week long back country trips. Weight is passable considering the capacity. And the variety (but not the number!) of connections is amazing. While not highlighted in the product description, this power bank comes with a patch cable that has barrel connectors on both ends, and it even ships with a good selection of adapter plugs that connect to this patch cable. This means, there is a very good chance, you'll be able to plug in most of your DC-powered devices. And if you have an incompatible socket, suitable thirdparty adapters are available inexpensively all over Amazon. But most people won't even need them. The power bank can either output common USB-C voltages if using a USB-C cable and/or USB-C PD trigger (e.g. 5, 9, 15, 20V). But it can also manually be configured to output a choice of voltages between 12V and 24V DC (namely 12, 16.5, 20 or 24V). This means, many common devices will simply work out of the box. Just be extra careful when selecting the voltage to not exceed the maximum that your device can handle. And don't plug anything into any of the other outputs that are wired in parallel (e.g. don't use barrel connector, USB-C and cigarette lighter simultaneously). Also, and this is important to know, with this power bank the positive pole is always in the center of the barrel connector. This is the most common configuration for consumer devices, but some small number will make the center negative. If you plug those into the power bank, they'll instantly get destroyed. So, again, carefully check the specification. Overall, this is an extremely useful and powerful tool that doesn't really have many alternatives on the market. But with all these powerful features comes the warning to watch what you're doing. For instance, when plugging in a pricey CPAP device, instead of using the built-in barrel connector and manually configuring the voltage, I recommend getting a USB-C PD trigger cable instead. Look for ASIN B08NTTK8S9. I don't trust myself to push the right buttons in the middle of the night, and making a mistake can easily fry the CPAP by giving it too much voltage. Another advantage of using a trigger cable is that it prevents the auto-poweroff feature of the battery. Some reviewers were complaining that they couldn't connect devices that draw very little power (e.g. a CPAP that is in standby mode), but a trigger cable avoids that issue.

Long life
Tested for 5 straight days. I topped the charge up using the wall adapter then used my Devilbiss intellipap2 at between 8 and 11.5 cm h20 without humidity or heated hose for 5 straight nights for between 7 and 9 hours per night. With my cpap I was able to use the supplied round connector from the charging socket to the machine. I have not tested with a solar charger but will update after I get one. It's a great size for motorcycle camping. It might be a bit heavy for backpacking but as a backup power for my cpap and phone charger it's perfect. The wireless charging is a nice touch. The power up is the most confusing part and I think that's where most of the negative reviews come from. Looking at the charging end. The button on the left wakes the battery (green and blue lights). The button on the right must be pushed and held until the red light blinks. When the red light blinks it's 12v. If you press the right button again it will change to 16v then 20v then 24v then back to 12v. At first the long press on the voltage was confusing but I think it's to prevent accidentally changing voltage. Definitely well worth the purchase.
