My skin is fair and a shade so light that I cannot truly get tan in the sun, I simply get pink and freckled. These turned me a couple of shades darker, and I just look better. There doesn't seem to be any downside; I feel great . I don't want to be pale all Summer long, nor pink either, so I'll keep buying these. They work! Additional note: After ordering a second jar, I began developing some issues like muscle pain and jaw pain. The jaw pain was surprisingly severe. When I noticed it waning between doses I decided to stop taking the capsules for a few days. The pain went away and a subsequent visit to my dentist confirmed that nothing was wrong other than my reaction to these caps. They turned me a nice color but sadly it was too high of a price.

I’ve been really impressed with this Astaxanthin + Lycopene combo and how easy it is to add to my daily routine. After taking it consistently, I noticed improved skin clarity and a subtle boost in overall energy. I appreciate that it combines two powerful antioxidants in one supplement, which feels both efficient and well thought out. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like knowing I’m supporting my body at a cellular level.

I wanted to give this a try since it only had one negative review. Unfortunately, I had the same negative side effects. After three days of taking the supplement, my muscles became very sore. I continued taking the product for a full three weeks just to give it a chance. I can no longer do my daily workouts that I’ve been doing for the past three months. I can only do one rep before I feel like I am going to collapse - My muscles are so sore. I haven’t really noticed any change in my skin color. Other than that. I do feel fine. Just cannot exert myself or build muscle.

I was skeptical but I can definitely see a difference. I have light skin and don't tan easily. This product took away the pastey Midwestern look . The biggest benefit however, is that it improved the quality of my skin. It is much smoother now. I'll keep using it for that reason alone.

I was going to buy the Hawaiian Bioastin Astaxanthin as well as a Lycopene supplement cause of a TikTok video I saw about their skin tanning benefits, but it was going to cost me over $70! So I’m really happy I found this supplement which has 2x as much Astaxanthin as Bioastin and as much Lycopene as the the top selling Lycopene products and it’s only $35.. seriously a steal! I’ve only been taking it a few weeks but I’m already seeing a difference. Not only does it provide a natural boost of energy, but it also really does make your skin tone darker. The bottle does say that for skin tanning results take consistently for at least 2 months, so I’ll check back in later with updated results. But so far it seems to be working wonderfully!

Pill size is fine, but I really didn't get as tan as I was hoping, but they do alright.

I like this over-the-counter prescription but the only thing I don’t like about it is that you have to take it twice a day
