These worked and I was able to stop faux tanning my body. They won’t make you super tan, but a healthy glowing color. It took about 2 months to tell.

I wanted to give this a try since it only had one negative review. Unfortunately, I had the same negative side effects. After three days of taking the supplement, my muscles became very sore. I continued taking the product for a full three weeks just to give it a chance. I can no longer do my daily workouts that I’ve been doing for the past three months. I can only do one rep before I feel like I am going to collapse - My muscles are so sore. I haven’t really noticed any change in my skin color. Other than that. I do feel fine. Just cannot exert myself or build muscle.

Really happy with this supplement so far. The capsules are on the bigger side, but they’re smooth and actually very easy to swallow — no weird aftertaste or smell either. Great quality overall and I like the combination of astaxanthin and lycopene in one formula. Feels like a solid, well-made product. Would definitely repurchase.

Taking for 5 mnths now. If you expect this to make you tan, forget it. My skin cleared up a bit but thats it. May have to take longer to see further benefits
