Fluff Off! by Girl With The Dogs Natural Deshedding Dog & Cat Shampoo 8Wks+

We purchased this for our corgi. When I tell you this has been a game changer, I’m not kidding! Bathtime before resulted in some hair removal, but this really improves efficiency. I dilute it in an old shampoo bottle and it has lasted us over two years. It could be diluted more according to the directions, but I just eyeball it making probably a 1:5 ratio (I am not super mathy, but figure that I fill about 1/6 with shampoo then fill the rest with water). I use it at every bath, not just during the shedding seasons (we are in the southern USA so false winters and springs keep his coat on its toes). The scent is light, almost coconut and reminds me of a pleasant shampoo from the 1980s. It makes our pup smell good, but doesn’t linger forever, yet he smells clean for quite a while. I use in conjunction with the Fluff Off conditioner. I would advise that on a corgi coat a little conditioner goes a long way otherwise you’ll be rinsing for days. Post bath, our dog is super soft and doesn’t have the annoying stray hairs for days like standard shampoo. We just finished the bottle, so I will be repurchasing!

Watch this gal's YouTube channel and decide to try her desheding shampoo and conditioner instead of buying a store brand. I love it! Made my dog's coat shiny and soft. There is a nice smell but not strong at all. Makes my dog smell fresh and reduces the wet dog smell. I feel the hair comes out a lot easier during the wash, blow out, and bush. It's easy to wash out. Will buy again and nice to know this support a person helping animals and people instead of a big corporation.

I had seen this product used in the videos by Girl with the Dogs on YouTube, and it seemed too good to be true. However, it is true and a downright miracle to us! I used it on 3 different dogs several times now. I'll tell you about the very first time to truly demonstrate its properties. First is an Australian shepherd who had mats in her long fur. Second is a GSD mix who was about to shed his summer coat to get ready for the winter weather. The last is a very short hair terrier mix whose coat gives off those tiny thin hairs that make you feel like you're wearing a hair shirt if you sit in a chair in which she's been sitting or if you pet her for a bit. You always come away with at least a handful of those little hairs if not covered everywhere she's touched you. While using this product on the Australian Shepherd, the mats just came out of her coat while washing her. I didn't even have to brush them out. When brushing her a couple of days later, I only got one hand of hair out of her, and she had not shed anything in the interim. I had to brush it out of her to get it at all. With the shepherd mix, all of his shedding hair had come out during the wash. And his coat, as with all of them, is shiny and soft, and makes him a delight to pet. He's also a very happy boy at not having to be brushed or have me not picking at the tufts of shedding fur that call to me to pull them as he sheds. He hates that. Last, but not least, it's the terrier mix. We weren't certain it would be the worth using on her, but we decided to give it a try and is it ever a blessing! I massaged it into her coat, making sure to brush forward and back with my fingers along her torso where her constant shedding occurs. Her hair always feels coarse and not really pleasant to the touch however I have it a workout to try and get some hair to shed and had not one single hair come off on my hand and her hair is soft, coat shiny. Her brown brindle practically flows like gold. I can't say enough good things about this product! I'm very sensitive to fragrance and smells. This is so light I can hardly smell it, and I didn't get the migraine I do with other products. The wet dog smell is not an issue at all after using this but I'm sure they'll get that back after a month of playing in the yard... then it's time for another bath. The terrier mix has very sensitive skin, and the Australian Shepherd gets itchy easily as well, but neither of them had a reaction to this, and neither are they doing their usual scratching either. This result will really help with identifying what in their environment is causing the skin issues for them. Give this a try. You won't be sorry and will likely become a regular customer as we now are. Though we got around a dozen washes out of this purchase, we have switched to buying it by the gallon given the numbers of dogs and times we wash.

This stuff works. The smell does leave you wishing for something more. However, it lathered well, was easy to use and spread throughout coat. A little goes a long way. Rinsed easily and completely. Added the conditioner which also rinsed easily. Dry time was cut in half for mini Aussie. She is shiney and soft. Noticed during her daily brush that she had double if not triple the amount of under coat come out easily. Would recommend

An amazing product! I have 6 dogs, 4 ofthe 6 are double coated breeds and 2 of those are German Shedders ;) . I have tried SO MANY deshedding shampoos and I won't say they didn't work at ALL but I would say NONE have performed anywhere near this product. On June 21st I bathed all 6 of my dogs. After the bath I brushed them all and haven't brushed since. I did notice a remarkable reduction of hair I needed to clean up around the house. Today was the 1st day (6/25/2026) I have brushed them since bath day. I couldn't believe the LACK of hair coming off my dogs. Especially my older female GSD who is the absolute worst shedding dog I have ever owned even out of all my shepherds ... EVER, LOL! The video is of me brushing her. Usually by the time I am done brushing all the dogs I probably have close to a 13 gallon trash bag full of hair. I'm not even getting brushfuls now. I have to say I'm ecstatic that it works so well because having 6 dogs I bit the bullet and bought it by the gallon for the savings. I bought one gallon of shampoo and 1 gallon of conditioner. This product was worth every penny I spent, especially when you consider the cost of even having one GSD professionally bathed/deshedded. Tips for using. The longer you can let the shampoo and/or conditioner sit the better. I let the shampoo sit on the dogs for 10 mins, rinsed, allowed the conditioner to sit for 10 minutes and rinsed. Scrub it in good, especially the higher shed area like the breeches and chest. (Gently) Use a rake on the rinse to make sure you are getting all the way down to the skin. Residue can make a dog itchy. Leaves the dogs feeling softer, shinier and has a very mild scent that won't overwhelm your dog. I find many shampoos/conditioners perfumed for the human nose not thinking of how overwhelming (and prohibitive for their sense of smell) strong fragrance can be.

I purchased this deshedding shampoo for our two cats—one long-haired and one short-haired—after dealing with constant loose fur around the house. We were finding hair on furniture, bedding, and even small “tumbleweeds” by the end of the day despite running our automatic vacuum regularly. The shampoo has a pleasant, mild scent and dilutes easily, which should help the bottle last longer. During the bath, I noticed a significant amount of loose fur coming out, especially compared to a regular wash. The bottle mentions it may take a few uses to see major results, but we noticed a clear improvement after just one bath. The amount of loose hair around the house has already decreased noticeably. One important thing to note: after the bath, our long-haired cat developed a large hairball from grooming and ingesting the loosened fur. To help prevent this, I would recommend thoroughly brushing your pet after bathing to remove as much loose hair as possible. Overall, this seems like an effective option for managing shedding, even after initial use. I plan to continue using it and expect even better results over time.

Update: Clyde had another bath Super Bowl Sunday 💙💚 SEAHAWKS!!💙💚 again, I am very impressed with this shampoo! This, combined with the Equigroomer is magic! EXCELLENT product!!! His coat is so silky soft, he smells so clean - it isn't heavily fragranced, which I appreciate. Just a happy (Clyde loves his warm baths 😊) clean, soft boy. PS add the Equigroomer to your routine.. you will be amazed how it removes so much of the downy undercoat for cats. Will absolutely purchase again! 🐾🐈‍⬛ It works!!! Four months ago, I adopted a very sweet, 8 year old, 17lb kitty named Clyde 😺🐾 His coat is very thick, and he sheds like a Labrador 🤯🙀 even though i was brushing him (outside because hair is flying!!) twice a day, which thankfully he loves, the hair in the house was just too much for my ocd. I follow Girls With Dogs so, after seeing the dog transformations I thought that should do the trick! Hallelujah!!!! It works!! It removed so much downy fluff!! I think he lost a pound in hair! I just towel dried Clyde and brushed after he was dry and the brush just kept getting all that fluff off. His hair is still extremely soft after 5 days and he smells so good. After doing the math this jug should last me well over a year after diluting. I have a Doberman, Labrador and a Pomeranian. This lathers well for all 3 different hair types. Smells fresh and cleans well. No issues with their skin and leaves a nice shine!

As a retired groomer I just had to leave a review, this shampoo is GREAT! It’s left my dog whiter than anything else I’ve tried, it lathers very well, rinses clean and the smell is fresh and pleasant but not overwhelming, definitely recommend

So good! I have a very short haired bully mix and a longer haired mix, who sheds constantly. I usually used a ton of shampoo but I didn’t need much with this shampoo and the little scrubber I got separately. Both of my dogs were extremely soft and shiny after their baths with this shampoo and a ton of hair came out of my longer haired dog. Will buy again and 100% recommend!

I've only used this once as I just received it this week, the smell is light and nice, I did notice a lot of hair coming out while bathing and drying, its still early but I am hopeful this will help my little girl with her shedding ( chi mix) so far i'm happy!

I got this shampoo for my frenchie who seems to be losing quite a bit of furs. It seemed to clean his fur and the smell was pleasant and not overwhelming. I did not notice it helping with shedding. But my frenchie does not like the blow dryer, so maybe it would work better using it. Overall it was a good shampoo for cleaning my dog.
