The chair arrived earlier than expected in three boxes, and I was able to assemble it easily by myself — EXCELLENT! The appearance matches the photos perfectly. It looks great, fits beautifully in my bedroom, and the dark gray color is exactly what I hoped for. The fabric is soft, the cushioning is plush, and the size is just right for me. It’s wide enough to comfortably fit both me and my grandchild. I’m only 5 feet tall, so it fits me perfectly; however, I noticed that someone taller might find their feet hanging slightly over the footrest. When I ordered, I didn’t realize the chair came in different sizes, which now makes sense given the price variations. If I could, I’d rate this 4.5 stars instead of 5. While it’s a great value overall, the material feels a bit on the cheaper side — I can feel the massage balls when sitting, even when the massage feature isn’t on. Also, since it’s electric (not manual), I’m a little cautious getting up with the leg rest still elevated, as it feels like it could be fragile. That said, for the price, this chair is a GREAT BUY — comfortable, stylish, and well worth it!

This chair is awesome! Very comfortable ! Easy to put together! On delivery the box was a mess but they packaged it great so the chair was not damaged! Like it so much I’m going to buy another one! You won’t go wrong buying this chair!

Cushions are pretty firm which I like. Easy to assemble and take apart again if you need to. Came in one box. Power lift extends all the way up like normal. Reclining is at a good angle. Would buy again. Good quality.

GOOD Chair for a GREAT Price. The Chair is Soft and firm yet Comfortable, offers back support and My 91 year old Father Loves it!!! Its power for movement is slow and easy meant for the elderly.

Overall this is a good recliner, it does all that it is supposed to do. My wife likes very much, the appearance, fabric, reclining, color and ease of use. For me as a man I have only one dislike, and that is that the vibrating motors at the front of the seat are perhaps to close to the surface, I found them to be uncomfortable.

Absolutely horrible for someone with bad back mine is going in the trash hard very uncomfortable making my back hurt worse I been trying to like it but can’t not when my back is hurting worse. It’s like sitting on a brick no cushion what so ever sits so low to the ground you feel like you’re falling down the back is so weak it falls back on it’s on and I’m a thin man 165lbs 6’ tall and the backing is like the seat so hard it puts so much pressure on my back I feel worse now than I did. What a waste of money should have known for the price it was not going to be good. Folks you can but a chair cover for a 1/8 of price that does what this chair does massage heat. This will go to the curb good thing I keep my old chair.

We bought it for my dad because he became ill and weak very quickly. The chair makes it so easy to get in and out of the chair because it lifts almost to a high squat position. He loves the massage and heat option too on it own controller. The only thing I can say negative is I wish it had a hand control for the up and down rather than being a button on the side.

I love this chair is very comfortable. My problem was after six months. The metal structure on the reclining part of the chair snapped because it was made of a very cheap metal but they call pot metal. Or white metal it’s not a strongest steel. We use this chair very lightly. I don’t believe anybody ever sat that weigh more than 260 pounds but yet it snapped on when it was reclined and lean far to the left after turned it over and inspecting it. I found two broken pieces that snapped, and they cannot be repaired because they are riveted, not bolted on to the frame of the lifting mechanism so I asking for either a replacement or new parts or my money back I’ve always been a outstanding customer with Amazon. I buy everything I possibly can through Amazon. They’re a great company and I’m looking for their help. Thank you again Keith Borne.
