The chair arrived earlier than expected in three boxes, and I was able to assemble it easily by myself — EXCELLENT! The appearance matches the photos perfectly. It looks great, fits beautifully in my bedroom, and the dark gray color is exactly what I hoped for. The fabric is soft, the cushioning is plush, and the size is just right for me. It’s wide enough to comfortably fit both me and my grandchild. I’m only 5 feet tall, so it fits me perfectly; however, I noticed that someone taller might find their feet hanging slightly over the footrest. When I ordered, I didn’t realize the chair came in different sizes, which now makes sense given the price variations. If I could, I’d rate this 4.5 stars instead of 5. While it’s a great value overall, the material feels a bit on the cheaper side — I can feel the massage balls when sitting, even when the massage feature isn’t on. Also, since it’s electric (not manual), I’m a little cautious getting up with the leg rest still elevated, as it feels like it could be fragile. That said, for the price, this chair is a GREAT BUY — comfortable, stylish, and well worth it!

Fabulous chair. So comfortable. Cushions are very soft. I love all this chair can do. Just had open heart surgery and the chair functions had helped a great deal with mobility.

Nice chair. Not as comfortable as I'd like, but I think it's due to the massager built in. I just put a seat cushion down. Putting together was easy, I myself needed another person to help me, but it definitely could be a one person job. Overall, the heat is nice and massage is great. I forget about using the cup holders but they are a nice feature as well

Super fast delivery and easy set up took me about 10 minutes to put together! The heat and massage feature is also such a plus!

I recently wrote a bad review because the handyman who put it together was moving too fast. The electrical components were underneath the chair in a box. The chair was sent to my Mom who is in another state. She has lung cancer and needed the chair. She loves it and it happy that the problem was solved. The seller responded quickly and I am more than grateful to them. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you and God Bless

Being two-plus years in ownership of this chair, I believe I can write a fair review. Beautiful chair, all the bells and whistles on the chair are impressive. The chair starts out as plush, but within a year, ALL the coils in the lower seat part, raise up and make the chair actually painful to sit in. I have put blankets and memory foam on the base to distract from the apparent edge of all the coils rising up, to no avail. On a sidenote: if you buy the warranty, keep in mind that the protection plan runs concurrently with the manufacturer's. Hence you are paying for just an additional year. If you can, buy the three year plan (for the coils start to loosen and rise up after about 1.5 years). I cannot recommend this chair--pretty, pricey and does not hold up.

Update: There is something off with the ratios of the chair. When I want to stand up, the lift actually places me too close to the ground and the positioning of the stand up feature puts too much pressure on my knees. I'm not looking for something that stands me all the way up, I need to keep my muscle tine. I just do not want to be closer to the ground then when I'm in a sitting position. Additionally the vibration is nice but the individual vibration motor in the seat are hard. If the vibration feature was there it would be a bit more luxurious The cup holder hold my reusable water bottle. Nice size cup holders. I'll post photos later. Otherwise my original review is pretty accurate If the chair doesn't last long that's okay bc the price is so good. The chair is decent for the price. I'm happy I only had to spend 319$ for this recliner. It's soft, attractive, comfortable. The leg portion doesn't not have a lot of cushion but that's not a problem for us. A little favorite pillow under the legs, not a problem as we are of a certain age these types of pillows are in our home, our cars, and our travel luggage. We are prepared. The motor is so quiet. The chair runs smoothly. I would buy a second chair and still might do so and just get rid of our couch all together. I do recommend this chair. It arrive quickly and in tact. I will buy from this seller again.

Functions perfectly. Love it! I was disappointed with the delivery though. The huge, heavy box was dropped off in the carport. I had to enlist a neighbor to bring it to the front door. Deliveries should always be dropped off at the entrance to a house.
