I actually enjoy drinking the raspberry lemonade and look forward to it each night so that a huge plus. In the past I used to struggle to fall asleep then I felt like I only slept good from 5-7 am. I have been drinking it for about 3 months now and I have been sleeping through the night. I have also noticed a difference in ability to keep weight off easier!
