I loved the fact that I could actually snack and not have to worry about needing extra insulin. 1/2 package is a good amount for a snack and only nudges my sugar levels about 10 points. Everyone's insulin's resistance is different, so don't know if it will work this well for you, but I'd get it even if it didn't because 1/portion is very filling, and I actually feel satisfied. Takes 2 or more cups of popcorn with lots of butter to get the same effect.

I am absolutely in love with the white cheddar. Its the crunchy of popcorn without the nasty hulls getting stuck in your teeth and gums. Never again. Popcorn who? Seriously though, can't go wrong, this is no carbs, filling to the stomach, doesn't upset my stomach like popcorn did. Has Protein. I have a feeling once the world gets news of this new, HEALTHY snack, it will take off like crazy.

I really like these healthy, convenient snacks but I appear to be the only one in my household who does. Lots of “yucks” when we tried them - but I’m hooked. A bit sweet, a bit salty, unusual taste but addictive. Definitely will reorder these. Low calorie, crunchy and satisfying.

I saw these on shark tank and decided to give them a try as another healthier snack option. We ordered the white cheddar. I popped a couple in my mouth and they tasted ok at first, but then the flavor changed quickly as I chewed. They are really gross. My husband won't even eat them, and he will eat everything. I do not recommend them at all, and they are extremely overpriced.

My wife and I saw this on Shark Tank and immediately ordered some. I’ve just got to tell you that it is beyond amazing! It is so much like popcorn but without the kernels! I am just nuts about it! I have placed an order for six bags two times now and can’t get enough! You just have to try some! Initially I received the order of Mixed flavors. I found the one that I like and ordered six bags of that particular flavor. I personally just love the white cheddar. It’s all good! I could not give a high recommendation!

I was really wanting to love these. The flavor isn’t horrible but they have an odd after flavor that I can’t describe. It’s not the added cheddar flavor it’s the actual lotus seed. I wish I didn’t have to buy a six pack of these as it’s a big waste.

For someone who works long days while still being active, I get HUNGRY! Bohana is the perfect snack anytime of day. Its super filling and satisfying. It's also very important to me that when I feed my body its nutritious and not empty calories. That's what makes Bohana so great. I've tried all three flavors, and White Cheddar and Pink Salt are my favorites. I keep a stash at home and a stash at the office.

Tasty and has some nutrition for a snack, that's a plus. Also, I am restricted to gluten free foods and it's so disheartening to find hidden gluten in so many products that, naturally, would be gluten free. I'm not taking a star away from this yummy snack for this, but it's only downside is that it's pricey. I will buy it again, although not as frequently as I normally would due to the cost.
