Q: What temp setting for plate and extruder have you used on an Ender 3? I am having adhesion issues. Print is lifting before first layer even finishes.

Your standard temperatures are 195 nozzle 60 for bed. However, if your layers are nit sticking, it's probably your bed leveling. If the bed is not properly leveled prints won't stick. Bed level several times to make sure it levelled. Good Luck!

Q: is this actually pla+?

I have only printed with the one roll of Dikale filament, silky copper. There is no info on the roll, in the packaging or on their website that substantiates the PLA+ claim beyond the dimensional accuracy of less than or equal to .03mm, one of the typical criteria of PLA+. I used it to print in vase mode and it printed beautifully.

Q: How long will it hold the glow

I have some I have charged and discharge daily for many years. After exposure to a strong light it will glow for about one half hour.
