2-/4-Bike Storage Rack with Basket - Indoor Bike Rack for Garage/ Apartment

This is a great bike rack by CXWXC. I got the front basket by them as seen on the root beer Surly, and was so impressed with it I took a shot at the rack. Glad I did! I have a small -500 soft apartment and needed something to keep my bikes indoors and out of the way, preferably stacked and that did not require drilling! My awesome landlady would go bananas, and my place is a keeper! This rank is stand alone, solid, well made, goes together in 30min. Fits in my bedroom by the backdoor easily. Dropbars are 30" from the wall surface when the support feet are to the wall. Lighter road bike on top, heavier commuting city bike on bottom keeps it stable. Not wiggly. Feels safe when leveled. Went with the suggested casters for easy moving, and the wheels are a game changer for this little space, but certainly not required as it is not too heavy at all to move once tou take the bikes off it. 100% satisfied at this price point! Get one if you have simular needs.

This bike rack was easy to put together, stands nicely and has a little weight to it, so it seems pretty substantial, I like the flexibility of how far apart the bikes can be hung as well as the ability to hang bikes on each side if needed. Instructions were easy to follow and all the tools/parts were included.

I rarely if ever review anything. I recently had a flood and have had to replace a TON of my storage solution and have been building shelves, desks, and workbenches for the last month. This was the smoothest build of any item I have built in years, it was so welled layed out with an intuitive set up that didn’t require precarious balancing, wrestling with nuts, or tons of tools. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Pay this engineer more!

I was skeptical of the price, and admittedly, the bike on the bottom of my rack is above the 40lb limit. Or rather the one I was planning on putting on the bottom. The pipes seem to be decent quality, and the finish is nice. But the clamps can't even hold the weight of the front forks for my beach cruiser. I tried to put a mountain bike on the top around 23lbs , and it instantly slid down. The clamps are a tight as they can be, and yet i wouldn't trust the hooks to hold more than a helmet. I guess you get what you pay for. Luckily it feels somewhat stable, so I'm going to try and get them lined up where I want, and fix them permanently in place. Do yourself a favor and find a working rack out of the box

This is a sturdy, strong, clean design, bike rack. I can’t stop saying clean! But super clean and sharp it makes my garage look great.

I love this unit for compact storage of my two bikes in my cramped apartment. It's a great value overall. Half the base (two of the feet) tucks under my couch, making the effective floor depth that it occupies only about half of the total depth of the unit. It comfortably fits two adult bikes in a 7'6" ceiling typical of older homes. The only design gap I've noticed is that the plastic 'grip' that you tighten against the upright doesn't have enough friction against the upright tube (and I cranked down HARD on the set screw); so, with repeated stress/vibration the hooks tend to creep downward over time. It's not a showstopper. If it starts annoying me too much, I'm going to attempt to remedy by placing a small piece of rubber (cut from an old inner tube) on the grip pads for the upper hooks.

A previous review adding wheels and they worked really well. Check it for the correct size. Build is good easy and strong. Support arms are strong and easy. Check that the hardware is tight. Also check spacing. I found they could move if bumped so I added a screw once I was happy with the setup. The top stays under the garage door when open and the top bikes can sit below the top so you won’t have an accident if you’re not paying attention. Very functional.

I live in a small apartment, and this storage bike was able to organize 4 bikes very efficiently. -Assembly was very easy, took about 30 minutes total. -Build Quality is excellent, very sturdy, does not feel "cheap". I added four small wheels on the bottom, making easy to access all bikes or moving the rack to make space. Measurements of the added caster wheels: M10-1.5x25mm Overall really happy with this system, wished I purchased this sooner!

We bought this to help tidy up our shed. It easily holds all 4 bikes and makes things neat and tidy. It’s quite sturdy as well.

Amazing product, so simple to assemble and steady as a steady thing, even velcro straps to stabilise front wheels whilst hanging, bloody brilliant!

The Bike hooks don't hold the weight of the bike . Don't expect to get a return as they dont respond to the return email that youre required to do first

We bought this to save space in our shed. It’s much taller than expected, however it come in different sections, so we’ve made it to the hight we like. It’s very sturdy.
